The service at the North Andover is the worst; there’s one kid working his butt off serving walking in clients while another guy is wasting time. This is ridiculous.

Wait is awful!!!So I do doordash in the area. I love the food but I hate the services. Every time I choose to pickup an order from any chipotle the wait is more then 45 min and I ended telling the customer to cancel the order cause we are waiting time and money from these restaurants. Lack of employees and no organization. Orders online are waisted. If you come in person you wait will be less than order from any app or online. Trust me! don’t waist your time!

I cant even begin to say how disappointed I am with how bad this Chipotle has become. Time after time, after time people go there, and leave unpleased reviews and feedback, the manager gives the whole sob story about how they care about your feedback and want to make things right. They don’t care about your feedback, they just care about having a line of people out there door! Somehow people continue to go here even with disappointment food. Possibly the worst restaurant I have ever been to!

Very dissatisfied today. Waited in line forever to get a salad. I tried asking a question about the meat and the woman behind the counter just stared at me. When I finally got to the register to pay I asked for dressing for the salad. They ran out ! I never would have gotten a salad if they didn’t have the dressing it comes with. Again very rude! I guess you do not get change back if you pay cash. What is that all about ? Really. Over all completely disappointing and not satisfied rude and filthy. Will not be back.

AVOID THIS CHIPOTLE(and maybe all of them right now at least). Waited an hour to get food for the fam. Some customers waited over an hour and a half while I was there. Managers need to be better... they ran out of basically everything. Ended up getting 3 burrito bowls that all could have fit into 1, and did! The chips on top of the bag made it top heavy, showing how little food was underneath. Had to cook a whole other meal at home. Yikes! Do better

I ordered online, got the confirmation in app, went to pick it up, and was treated to no food, no help with getting it or getting a refund for not, and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. There were about 8 other people who were all on the same boat, and many more who came and left after me going through the same experience, leaving without the food they paid for. DON’T COME HERE. It’s not worth the time or frustration. If you want online order takeout in North Andover, do yourself a favor and go to the Five Guys in the same plaza. And if you need your Chipotle fix, I recommend the Chipotle on Commerce Way in Woburn. You may have to deal with backups and long wait times, but the service will at least be kind and they’ll communicate with you about it. Never coming to this Chipotle again. I work in the plaza where this Chipotle is and I have been going to this location for over 8 years. The service continues to decline, and I will no longer be ordering from Chipotle. I waited an hour for my food, only to realize it was on the counter behind the register, along with many other orders, and about 15 other people waiting for their food. Not only did I wait an hour for my food, but my order was incorrect. Don't waste your time.

I have been to pretty much every chipotle location across eastern MA. This is by far the worst location. I’ve been several times to give them the benefit of the doubt. The staff is incredibly incompetent, and I don’t think it’s their fault. There is some sort of disconnect between what the staff is doing here and what the staff at every other location is doing. I’m assuming it’s a management issue. Online food orders are prepared at a separate station (like most chipotle’s) and then piled up behind the counter until one of the 15 people waiting for their online food order speaks up. The food is fine, but if you dont have 30 minutes to wait around for food or if you get easily frustrated by incompetence then skip this location.

Avoid this place like the plague! Beware, from shutting down randomly to extremely poor customer service. This place screams unprofessionalism and Andover should be ashamed for having this establishment represent such a pleasant town with good eats. This franchise needs to clean house or close entirely.Whoever worked on 01/16/21 should be reprimanded by including the manager. Easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I actually didn’t even get my food. I waited in line for about 20 minutes (and during that time only about 5 people actually got their food), I ALMOST got to where I could order, and checked if they had what I usually get in my bowl (fajita vegetables). They didn’t have them - in fact the only protein/entree options that they had were chicken and steak, when the menu also includes fajita vegetables, sofritas, barbacoa, plant based chorizo, and carnitas. They had no plant based options besides lettuce and were missing many other menu items as well. It seems that you can only get food here if your order includes a very narrow range of items! I probably should have checked the reviews first, because having 2.7 stars and over 500 reviews should have been an indication for me to stay away.
