We have been to Burton’s more times than I can remember. I don’t know what happened? The place was dirty, service was terrible. A shift was happening as people were running out the door. They had four people standing at the hostess station doing nothing and when you asked them for help they looked into your eyes with a blank stare. When the manager came over he offered to comp our meals but after his visit, no one came back to check on us to see how our meals were or if we wanted some more to drink. My wife had to go to the bar herself to get a refill. I don't think I will return!!
Absolutely will never come here again. I have been here many times and this was the last time I would ever step foot in this place. Windows are dirty, staff were arguing in front of guests, glasses, plates, and utensils were dirty and the food was terrible. We asked to cancel our order after the terrible appetizers and left. So disappointed. For the price they charge, it's just not worth it.
Went to visit my son and he made reservations for us for dinner. My steak was cooked medium and I wanted medium rare. They were more than accommodating and switched out my steak. Service was impeccable! I would recommend to anyone.
First time I've been to this restaurant. Wonderful atmosphere, staff was outstanding and the food was even better. Definitely going back
today was the first time I visited Burton's. The atmosphere is lovely. The staff is very caring and attentive, and the food is outstanding. they were excellent at working around my dietary restrictions. and it was one of the best meals I've ever had. highly recommend
We had a great experience. Our server Andra was very personable and efficient. Love this place. I do think it's a little pricey.

I've been to many Burtons locations, but first time here. Like the others, an excellent time was had by all. Excellent chow, good bar, fine service served in a nice atmosphere... priced fairly. The Cauliflower app is always great... and perfect to share. Spinach Dip was very good as well. 3 in our party had the Salmon entree... all loved it. The Romanesco sauce with the salmon is really nice. I had a special, Chicken Cordon Bleu... was great. Especially liked the Key Lime Tart for dessert. Service from Maria was fantastic. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
The food and service was above and beyond expected during this pandemic.
They no longer allow delivery. They have good food, but since they won’t allow delivery we no longer eat from here.
