They are constantly closing the inside because of them being short staffed. So what. People should be able to dine inside regardless of if there are a lot of staff or not. Some people don't have cars and Merrimack College is up the street and some of those students would rather walk than drive. The drive thru isn't great anyways.Everytime they close the inside, they put a piece of paper on the entrance saying that it's drive thru only. They always say "We apologize for the inconvenience", but how can they be sorry if they keep doing it. They're not true to their word.
they gave me three damn mozzarella sticks what am i supposed to do with that I'm by myself. the mozzarella sticks are fine but i ordered two burgers and a fry wtf
Order went well, then a bit of confusion at window. Very polite at window. She had empathy for the bit of confusion.
Once again arrived and store not open on time. This Burger King is consistently off schedule with management issues. Imagine if McDonalds ran like this BK? They don't because McDonald's would never stand for this. This BK has been an issue for years. The management company here needs to hire and pay competently as this BK is still an issue. Slush should not be a reason to not open on time , 7a. We want our breakfast. Just maybe someone will read this and fix it. They even had a guy from Maine come help to fix this place. They still can't do it. When will service and consistency be a priority for this BK?
Have some cool pics but phone did a master reset so lost everything..Anyways, the people that worrk here are great and especially Andrea, whom I have known almost a life time & also Scott he is great also give 5 stars fresh food fast friendly and u always leave with a smile & full belly :)
Facility was in need of tidying up, food was barely a 3 in taste. Served quickly though. That appears to be the problem.

Asked for 2 cheese whopper meals got no cheese, buns were a bit stale. Was not a good experience.
Drive thru service only. There is always a long line because the dining room is not open. Service is very poor.
Slow service. Not very busy at all only 5 customers in store but very slow.
