I enjoyed the food but came late, service and hospitality was much lower than I used to have in my previous visits.
Brick oven pizza is the best friendly waitstaff 10 minutes later I was on my way with a small green peppers mushrooms and onions pasta pie pizza pie
Went there for the two for one pizza deal. Was very good and the server was excellent
It's never a good thing when you feel bad for the wait staff at a restaurant. Bertucci's used to be a decent place to eat . Specially for families, reasonably good food at a decent price. I hadn't been there for a while and after this visit not sure if we would ever go back. It took 45 minutes to get are food. There were 5 other tables besides us and the kitchen was fully staffed, I asked. My chicken piccata was swimming in sauce, no salt , over cooked chicken...no one at are table was happy with their meal. Table behind us send back their food, and the table next to us was speaking to a manager about heir food since no manager was at this location. Just a bad experience overall.

Nice staff and the atmosphere seems nice but the pizza was very disappointing for the price. Totally unimpressed. Probably fine for American Italian but they have a lot to learn about pizza.
We ordered pizza and salad for a large group while we were in town. Absolutely delicious! The garlic knots were to die for the salad was fresh and the bread is amazing! Best pizza! Thanks
I normally love 'Tucci's; it's a family favorite. But today was weird. The local one with outdoor dining is closed permanently (despite a decent business), so we went to the next one. Where we could get neither unsweetened iced tea nor any pasta! Apparently they don't do pasta until 1pm on Sun? And I tried the new chopped Italian salad. The dressing drowned it and was overpoweringly vinegary. Also, it was full of red onion, which wasn't in the description (it is for other salads). Service was good; I can't blame the staff, but no wonder this chain is failing.
We were there for my daughter's graduation. 18 people. Parking was easy. We were super-well taken care of. Everyone ordered off the menu so we weren't forced to a pre-set menu. The manager, the waitresses, everybody was super nice. Very attentive. Food was hot and fresh. It was a perfect celebration. Thank you.
My aunt's favorite. Super place to get together with family. Feels like home. We had a variety of meals and salads and were not disappointed. Busy place with considerate staff.
