The staff are so friendly and kind every single time I come for lunch during work. My food is always amazing as well.

Stopped in for lunch, great service, excellent food and felt good about choosing their healthier choices.

terrible service, I saw a person screaming with a drive, the atmosphere is horrible! The food as always is very good but the atmosphere is unbearable!

wish i could give 0 stars. I went into the andover location today and was rudely told by a staff member that they were not taking orders in person because they are short staffed and was told to order online. she was obviously overwhelmed and unprofessional asking me to basically take my money elsewhere which i did. I wont be back

Rockstars! After such a horrible experience next door, chipotle of course, they welcomed us with open arms and made food that fed our souls.Do not miss out on this place, if you are choosing between here and chipotle, don’t make the mistake I did!No regrets when you come here, only friendliness and healthy food, what more could you want? Especially after the gym or a hike. Can’t wait to go back, this represents everything good about the places to eat in Andover!

So fresh salad!! Thank you for letting me know you guys use organic kale. Luv it!!

The one is Woburn is great but this location is horrible...All the chicken you order is served cold it is not fresh at all or they forget to give u chicken. They dont send dressing either. So u get bowl or a salad with cold chicken and no dressing. Wont order here again. This is suppose be a healthy flavorful spot. But its bland not fresh and disgusting.??

Is it normal for this place to stop serving burgers way earlier than it closes? Because it closes at 9pm (North Andover location), and at 8:20pm I asked for a cheeseburger and they said that “all they have left is salads”.

Great high quality food Great service

1st time customer, at the Andover location.Traveling through and was headed to 5 Guys, and thought I'd try an "independent" for a change (didn't realize it was a franchise), as 5Gs prices have risen and portions declined. The made-to-order flame grilled burger was a pleasant change, but even smaller portion for the price. The French fries had a flavorful seasoning similar to Red Robin, but again had a small portion and were undercooked.I try to be tolerant and understanding, but repeating my order/instructions 5 times because the order taker doesn't understand fluent English was frustrating, especially when she kept softly mumbling her queries through her mask.. Watching the staff preparing food, the one employee kept pulling down her mask as she sampled the food.Nope, won't be back..Update - read through many of the reviews while semi-enjoying my meal...I notice that except for a name personalized address, they have 3 canned responses for replies to negative reviews. Let's see if that changed over the last 2 years
