The reservation was for my son and 12 of his friends; they had an absolute wonderful time the restaurant was accommodating for his 25th birthday gathering.

Super fun for friends and family. Portions are getting smaller but still good value

The quantity of food per $ was good, but the soup and salad served were both skimpy; the vegetables included with the entrées ordered were disproportionately less in volume than at other Hibachi grill restaurants. NO separate sauces, typically one ginger and the other for meat, were provided either. The Chef did an average job of entertaining while cooking. NO ONE was patrolling for other diner needs, especially not refilling water glasses even once! A tip of 18% was automatically added to the bill (there were 5 diners in my group.)

The Food was good , my reservation was for 9:30. I felt everyone kept rushing us. the service wasent 100% !!!! if the kitchen closes at that time than there should not be a 9:30 reservation.

When we got there for our 9:30 reservation they turned us away

Had to wait for my table then had to wait at the table for it to completely fill up. Two chefs for entire restaurant, so very long wait. Food quality was all subpar and made us sick.

We made a reservation for Mother’s Day and it was a disaster. We were surrounded by people waiting who had also made reservations and had been waiting for 40-50 minutes past their reservation time. The restaurant did not see to honor and or manage their reservation times. When we were seated the table was barely clean and the grill still had rice on it from the previous patrons. This was not a case of short staffing on a busy holiday, this was purely a lack of time management. Now on to the meal. This was by far the worst habachi restaurant I have been to. The rice was flavorless and the shrimp very over cooked. I should have paid attention to the previous reviews and stayed away. I’m not sure this place would be any better on a non-holiday.

Great food and overall experience!

Have frequented often. Always consistent. Food good. Nice show by the chef. Service good, and friendly.

It's a good place. Weird that they charge $3 extra for fried rice when doing hibachi. Also, the fried rice is not the greatest, but the tofu special is excellent. Drinks are reasonably priced. Being part of a mall it can be hit or miss with crowd size. There are not many other places with Hibachi in the area besides in Needham and this one I would rank better than Needham.
