My wife and I were in Chestnut Hill and decided on Cheesecake Factory. It was about 5:00 pm and we got a nice table immediately,Our server was very attentive without being intrusive. My wife ordered the sweet and spicy chicken and I got the Shepard Pie.My meal was beyond delicious and my wife loved her meal. She tasted some of mine and I tried fond of hers. She loved mine and I loved hers!My Shepard Pie had the tastiest gravy I think I’ve ever had! It was dark, rich and full of flavor! It was life changing gravy! The time yo get our meals after ordering and receiving our food was longer than I would have liked but the tasty food made up for it!The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere was family friendly. We saw a lot of parents with their kids.If we’re in the area again we’ll definitely go again!!

One of our family go to place in Chestnut Hill, service and quality are always consistent. These days when food price has gone up everywhere Cheesecake Factory I feel like I can get a decent meal at reasonable price and quality from here. I always order Thai Chicken Wrap. It’s my all time favorite, grilled chicken with lettuce, pickle cucumber, shredded carrots, bean sprouts, egg noodles, and 3 kinds of dipping sauce. Quite a big portion, it’s a satisfying meal. Also Miso Salmon with brown rice is always a family favorite.

Sat down at the bar early Saturday 5/14, evening around 5:00 PM to wait for my wife who I was expecting to arrive momentarily. Many empty chairs at the bar and at the tables in the lounge area. Asked the server behind the bar if we could save the seat next to me in anticipation of my wife's arrival. Server told me she "didn't know the rules about saving the seat." Asked if I wanted to order a drink, which I did. The drink, a vodka on the rock was all ice cubes and not enough vodka to cover the cubes. Very short pour for $15. Wife arrived and asked for a glass of chardonnay in a regular glass, not a wine glass. The server said she could not serve the wine that way. I asked for the wine in wine glass and an empty regular glass on the side. The server said she did not know the rules about that and walked away. When she returned she said she asker her manager and would serve the drink as asked in a regular glass. By then the whole experience was ruined. I paid the bill and we both left. On the way out I gave this critique to the hostess. Never returning to that location.

Nice place, generous portions. Make sure you make an online reservation before going there as it can become busy with 20mins+ wait time.

Great waitress. Brianna C was awesome.

Excellent dining experience. Waitress was amazing (Mikayla). Food divine. Great meal. Photo is their Famous Meatloaf... lunch portion. Which was huge.

Took a friend here today who loves their cheesecake (understandably). Server came over quickly to take order, but that’s when things slowed down. Water refills were promised multiple times before being delivered. Other people’s food was offered to us twice before ours came. Food was good (cake, chicken sandwich, salad with salmon) and well priced, but service just makes it not worth it.

Couldn't have gotten much worse! Don't disappoint your family. This restaurant seems to constantly fail with their takeout and curbside service. Constantly! It's as if they believe "Directions be damn", in spite of instructions clearly spoken in English. In house staff is a bit better, but it seems there is no desire to hire anyone "on the floor" with a college degree and / or a seasoned professional who can handle situations before they reach problem levels. Instead CF gives personality tests about, for example, "what is your favorite color and why". In fact, I even question management qualifications, especially if they were given the same nonsensical test. I was forced to enter at least one star to submit this review. Subtract the number by one and you'll understand the horrific experience.

Lots of misfires tonight. We were seated immediately then waited and waited. Finally, after over 10 minutes, I went back up to the hostess and she said she would find our waiter. Another five minutes went by before he appeared and apologized, which became the theme of the night. So we ordered the first time we saw him, but that didn’t keep things from going downhill. 20-something minutes later our orders came out – both cold. You won’t be surprised to find out that we couldn’t find our waiter in order to send them back for some heat. By the time he reappeared, my daughter had eaten her tepid impossible burger and I had kind of given up on my fish tacos. He asked how everything was and I served him the truth. He did the right thing and quickly got the manager, who came out and did everything she could to make it right. I think she knew I was telling the truth because I said to go ahead and touch the broccoli as it was ice cold and I wasn’t going to eat it, and she did, just like Gordon Ramsay would have. And by then, it was too late for replacement; however, they did take the entrée off the check. The meal was saved by Linda’s fudge cake for dessert, which is always great. All in all, I will be back, mostly because I’m addicted to their desserts. But it is pretty disappointing to see the factory going downhill like this.

Great food and friendly service
