Even though I was a little bit aggravated about me missing the '22 Waban VILL Fest coupled w/ the early hot weather, the above Starbuck's lively Waban team always greets me w/ open arms when I'm getting my favorite items (i.e. Mocha Cookie Crumble w/out whipped cream & Dark CHOC Expresso Beans, respectively). This was my favorite Starbucks for years. Unfortunately things have gone very badly here recently. A simple order this morning took 15 or 20 minutes for them to bring out. Not because it was so busy, but because they kept getting the order wrong. The manager, when I discussed it, was defensive, at best. A very unpleasant experience.

This is the best Starbucks in Mass. the workers are super friendly. Usually really busy. But it moves pretty efficiently.

The folks working at Waban Starbucks are always friendly and up-beat. I always stop by when I'm in the area.
Coffee was not as good as it usually is and one of the baristas was quite rude.
We came to this spot for a meeting. my friend recommended this spot. Well, we were not disappointed. The crew were very polite and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. Recommended.
