wow, i've been ordering grilled chicken salad from this place for the longest, today i called in to ask for fish options, this guys gave me this nasty attitude and littlely hang up on me, just because they are busy... lack of customer service.
This place has terrible food and the customer service is awful. Honestly the dude who answered the phone when I called was the crustiest, lamest guy I have ever encountered, just rude and impatient. Avoid this place and thank me later.
I eat here a lot since I work nearby. I got to say the service is always great and they keep the spot clean constantly. Rates are fair and they serve generous portions.
Ordered: steak tip salad with ceasar dressing with onion rings and a spinach pie.When I opened my container I was pleasantly surprised to see tomatoes, carrot slices, cucumbers, and an olive in my salad. Then I was immediately disgusted by the quality of the produce, including the lettuce. They also placed the steak on the onion rings making them soggy which was also disappointing. I did not enjoy the spinach pie, but that might just be my taste.I used seamless to order. I will say they were quick, but the driver ignored my please call upon arrival and I will come out to the street message. Instead the driver left my food alone on the other side of the building and sent me a picture via text.Overall I was pretty disappointed and I will not be ordering from Newton Center Town Pizza again.
The individual of whom I spoke to was extremely rude. There customer service is TERRIBLE. He sounded irritated and overwhelmed and took it out on me. I had there food a couple times befor because it’s the only place around that delivers and it was cold and soggy by the time it got here. I don’t recommend this place to anyone especially people with children!!!!!!!!

Great Food...a little slow on delivery. Prices are very reasonable for Newton area they certainly don't skimp on food which says a lot about them
