Honestly, this is the WORST dunkin I have ever been to in this country. I am STUNNED by how disorganized this place is. I only have been there twice, different staff, 3 months apart. They have never gotten my orders right. TWICE!! and taste very bad. Omg, I just cannot believe it. I feel like they even dont understand English, very hard to communicate. Very Strange. The store is also very messy and woreoff. i cant believe how they are still open, they really should change the whole management team.
We got a nice iced coffee with a blueberry donut oh my goodness loved it!
Went there today at 3:15 about there, 3 customers in line while the employees are just hanging around talking. Finally the girl starts taking orders the 2nd customer waiting on 1 coffee while another employee was making 3 cups for himself to go. My signature latte had to be re done and still done wrong we had to ask if she even looks at the picture of the coffee. I don't know what's going on but employers need to find better employees. If you are working us work not hang out.
It was empty when I went it, which should’ve alarmed me. But just thought cause of the holidays. But no. I order food and they barely cooked the sandwich and the hash browns. They were on their phones and didn’t really out effort into their job. The food sucks here.
At this location you pay for a large latte and you get a medium !
Orders are consistently messed up in the morning through the mobile app. If your order is simple then going through the checkout seems to be fine. But if you try using a coupon or offer on your app, it is likely to be done incorrectly.
