This Dunkin’ has left the best impressions. The two workers are extremely welcoming with their lovely shiny smiles. I have to say that we need to start our day in this highly recommended DD!
Just awful. Completely disorganized chaos. Managers chastising young staff while 8-9 customers wait and wait and wait for their coffee. One guy walked out without his food it was so bad. Plenty of people behind the counter but none seemed to know what to do.
Eeeee girl at Dunkin' in West Newton on the sandwich line today was so rude. I placed a to go order for a coffee and it didn’t have the swirl or cold foam. I said “excuse me?” politely, she shook her head, I said it again, she looked at me and said, “you have a coffee, I make sandwiches go ask someone over there for help.” Whaaaaat?! I said, “okay, could you get their attention for me please?” “No, you can wait until someone from over there comes to help you.”I don’t expect much from people but I definitely don’t expect them to be so rude when I ask for help because of their mistake. Sheesh.
I like getting there early 5:15 AM as the coffee is nice and fresh.
Two workers sitting in the dinning area, waited 5 minutes until anyone came to the counter. The young guy working was very polite he may have taken a minute to get my order but at least he wasn’t sitting around.
They actually make my drinks right and listen when I specify my preferences.Fast service, and clean!
Unbelievably slow location. Each time I've come in there's 1 employee working no matter how busy it is. Will not make the mistake of wasting my time here again.

I would give this shop none star if I could. I was there to purchase $50 gift certificate using my dunking mobile account. The staff could not make it work. Thinking maybe some technical issue, I offered to pay the gift card using my Visa credit card but the staff told me cash only for the gift card. Since I did not have $50 cash with me but $20, your staff said I could only get $20. I was embarrassed and humiliated beyond words in front of all the customers. Having been a dunking customer over 30 years, I have never known cash is the only payment for gift cards. How ridiculous!!!
