The boss lady who works here is the best dunkin employee ever
The woman who takes orders, she treats very unprofessional, I feel bad when I ask her because she always embarrasses me.
I am a regular customer here, I am always polite and respectful. I understand mask polices and I myself take them pretty seriously. My car had to get a new tire so I had a different one then usual today so I forgot a mask. The Asian lady who speaks very fast screamed at me to get out and to not have excuses. I am appalled as I was just getting my mobile order which I get every morning and I am the least confrontational person ever and no one else was in there. It was a complete over reaction, extremely rude, and I was covering my face with my shirt and sweatshirt. I am disgusted by this lady screaming at me the way she did. It was unnecessary, it was rude, and I think it’s time for a new Dunkin’
