Very Slow service. It’s been like this for some time. They can’t figure out how to manage online plus in store orders. It took over 30 mins to even get to the front with maybe 7-8 people in front. Slowest service of any chipotle that I’ve been to. If you come, you should go during off peak hours like 2-4pm
They are probably understaffed because I see new people every week, but it’s kinda rough. I never order online because they never get it right, so only order in person. They are all friendly and respectful, but this chipotle needs help…lol.
Terrible customer service. Takes only cash, you'd think they'd solve this problem after a couple months. Dirty facility and I waited in an empty line for about 10 minutes before a service rep came to serve me. I watched this boy take his time with putting on his gloves and walking over to me just to ask "what do you want". The people who work there give the impression that they don't want to work. If I could give 0 stars I would , they should just close down this branch.
Every time I go to this chipotle there is an issue. Food under cooked, cash only because machines aren’t working, online orders only due to staffing, no quesadillas because machine isn’t working, thrown together burritos. Literally always something
Food was half an hour late for pickup, and the lid wasn't pressed down enough so when I took the bowl out of the bag it spilled juices on my carseat.
This chipotle is absolutely disgusting, there is garbage all over the floor and by the drinks. I ordered ahead and just endlessly wait for zero service. It’s so sad, I used to love Chipotle but this is my third bad experience in a row and they lost a customer because of it.
Worst location. Read all the other reviews because they are correct. They are seemingly never open even though the hours say to 8pm every night. Just drove by on a Monday around 6:45pm and all the lights were off. And no, there was no bad weather or anything. So much for getting dinner after work. Wish I could give zero stars.
this chipotle gave me food poisoning. i've been ordering the same thing from chipotle for years. now that i move near this location, i get severely sick the 2nd time eating here and even the first time i felt unwell but put it past them. never in my life have i gotten so sick from take out before just eat here with caution
Probably the worst chipotle ever. Never staffed, online ordering is rarely on, the system was down today so they said I could go get cash and come back. By the time I got back (2 minutes) they closed. Horrible
This locationIt’s always very busy but the employees are always great with their customer service. They handle the Busy crowd well and are friendly.
