Medium ice cream (2 scoops) on a waffle cone for $6.50. Cake batter with Butter Nut. Delish. They have a tasty mushroom Swiss burger, and terrific Turkey dinner. Charming Old school diner style that feels like I stepped into episode of Happy Days; 1950s wholesomeness, and always busy for a reason. Will definitely be back!
I've been here many times, I consider it the best Ice Cream in New England. Amazing variety of flavors, service. Just maybe don't try the regular food... it's pretty mediocre. I've been here multiple times, and whenever I want a sweet treat on a hot summer day, this is my go-to for Boston, where I reside.
The dessert menu is great but the food isn’t anything special. If anyone in your party is vegetarian you might want to go elsewhere for food, then come here for dessert. Also, I noticed that people leave big tips here. That’s great for rich people, but our waitresses shouldn’t act like 20-25% tip was too little for them. But this happens at a lot of places around Boston now.
OUr waitress was wonderful...knowledgeable, professional and experience. She had a marvelous smile and was friendly. I told her boss on the way out she is an excellent emmployee
I've visited many times with my family (examples: 6/15/22, 4/20/22, 3/8/22, 12/18/18, 11/1/18, 3/9/18 and 10/11/12) but I'm finally getting around to putting my review into words! We love coming here because it still feels like visiting a family diner. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and efficient. I usually alternate between ordering the stuffed turkey dinner and a chicken salad sandwich on a bulkie roll. For dessert, I almost always get a frozen yogurt with Oreos mixed-in and hot fudge on the side - but sometimes I splurge for marshmallow (homemade every day!) or other sundae toppings. They're closed on Mondays but be sure to stop by any other day! Even if there is a line for a table, it's worth the wait!

A hands down favorite! Old style diner with lots of help always on hand. Never had anything bad here including the dozens of ice cream dessert choices. My 15 year old daughter always knows when we are within range of this place and will not take no for an answer. Take your kids! You'll love it.
A classic. You know everyone will be happy when there's a separate ice cream menu. The choices are extensive. The regular flavors include some great choices like black raspberry crunch swirl and there are always specials like the amazing blueberry pie. For a nice change try the bittersweet hot fudge sauce. Bonus: they take credit cards now!
I had the most delicious brownie sundae here a few weeks ago. They have tons of indoor seating, counter seating, and a takeout counter. Everyone was super friendly. I loved the retro vibe inside. Definitely want to visit again and try their dinner/lunch food.
Very good service. Excellent ice cream cake. 8 inch for 28.99. I Purchased an 8 inch for 28.99 butter cream cake with vanilla and chocolate ice cream. The server offered assistance explaining each of the ice cream cakes they offer. She patiently answered all my questions and held the freezer door open for me to inspect several options.
