Chipotle Veggie Burger was truly delicious. Watermelon bowl was tasty with fresh ingredients. Cauliflower bites and sweet potato fries were good as sides. Must visit if you’re in Needham!

I usually enjoy the healthy food at B.Good. The customer service is great. I think I only had one poor experience out of countless visits, but this never happened at the Newton location. My only suggestion for the food is for the company to find a better gluten free hamburger bun. It breaks apart while eating which can become very messy.
This establishment striving to be good, but it’s just ok place. A bit slow, food tastes so-so, but I stop there often for delicious smoothie. Customer service is ok.
I had the worst experience here. First the workers were arguing. Second someone vomited on floor. The one guy taking orders got a mop but left puke to take customers orders no one else helped clean it. I ordered 68$ worth of food for me and my family. The food came no tray I carried individual items from counter to table myself. The fountain machine was broke so only had lemonade. The food was so bad tasting and not cooked plus the site of the puke we left not touching our food. I was going to complain to manager but at this point so aggravated didn't care. We went to Carl's subs in Waltham and it was delicious. I advise not to go to this BGood location.
Just had a takeout order. The pickled onions were unusually super spicy. This really highlights my issue with BGOOD in general. The food is insanely inconsistent. Even though it should be simple, and BGOOD is now a chain. I just don't get it.
I had a fantastic at this place. We liked the superb vibes and the food. The staff members were very attentive. I am content we eventually managed to visit this place.
This 0lace 8s absolute garbage, was given the farmhouse with cold grilled onions, stale bun, and what looks like a 3 ounce burger. Cold fries and dried out carrots For a $10 burger id rather go to McDonald's. Cold stale brioche bun ruined it also was told kids burger and regular burger same size but kids menu comes with drink and fries, after bringing it up they gave me 9ne order of cold kids fries. My kids burger was also dry and cold . Seems pike they reheat the burgers

I liked the interior, though the sits are wooden without any puff sitting pillows on it makes uncomfortable to be here more, than needed to eat.Maybe that is the problem why at 1 pm lunch “rush” there were 3 customers in a spacious place.We need to feel homely. Some comfort. Not only stiff wooden tables, chairs and geometric design within.But 2 stars is not for the place itself, or for the food. (however the sauce for the salad with parmesan and cranberries was to acid, spoiled the salad)There is for NO sanitizer in the place!Really?we still in pandemic, guys!And the workers, how do they work without it?I asked the stuff about sanitizing hands , and the answer is - you can wash your hands in the restrooms. Pardon, that is a shame.
