Wendys on kings hwy, We got RAW chicken! Disgusting!!!! PAY ATTENTION. Spent close to $20 for an order, hot honey chicken meals, and this is what we got when we got home.
Horrible . Every time we order through door dash they always get it wrong or something is missing from the order. I just ordered today to give them another try and of course they forget my fries and on top of that I ordered their classic chicken sandwich and ended up throwing it out because it was completely raw . I understand this is a fast food restaurant but come on man at least cook the food thoroughly and stop forgetting items in the order .
It's ok for fast food. I usually like Wendy's salads, but last week I bought one of the salads and I was so disappointed with it. It has definitely gotten smaller and they didn't have the correct dressing that went with the salad.There are just so many things that I am disappointed with that I could go on and on about this Wendy's, but I won't..
Back again tried the Fairhaven location for the Strawberry frosty. Giving New Bedford location a try.Ok opens top looks pink again.Big mouthful... ???Once again taste cold but no strawberry taste.Will be at Post road, RI location tomorrow.Hope this is strawberry tasting or I give up.
This place is super unprofessional they don’t use no gloves while packing you’re food or fries no customer service what’s so ever they have a mess in the kitchen never again it’s ridiculous and disgusting
Good food, but a little slow the lane of cars was huge and toked almost 20 m to order plus another 10 m to wait for the food
Drive thru line moved very slowly. Seemed like if one of the workers ran the orders and took payments outside like chic fila does it would have cut the wait time by about 20 minutes. Staff seemed to all hate working with each other and everyone gave everyone attitudes.
We ordered the baconator fries and got sad-o-nator fries. Do better. This is a consistent issue
Was given pink cold burgers and can’t even get in contact with anyone I’m disgusted 0/10 I do not recommend
UNSANITARY: Placed order on app at 3:26 pm. Arrived and the drive thru was around the building so I thought, I'll just go in and grab it and sit for a minute while on work break. Bad idea. You see when you go via the drive thru you don't witness as much from behind the scenes. The dining room was full of dirty tables, trash on floor, no ice in machine, no small or medium lids. im not sure Wendy's policy on gloves, hairnets or face masks. But none of the three were being used by any of the staff, even one gentleman who had a beard and longer hair was not wearing a beard covering or hair net. I understand that there are many places short staffed at the moment but that does not mean we should allow unsanitary food preparation in this manner. Waited 30 mins for food and it was cold. Disgusting to say the least. One positive was the young man at the counter was friendly.
