Very nice place right in the New Bedford harbor. Self service, low key, nice ambience. The lobster roll with fries was pretty good. Yes, it's expensive but nobody said lobster is cheap. Tip: Try their house-made lemonade, with lavender if that's available.
Life is short F......it up ! Family, Flavor, Friends.Great lil place in the docks. We started w the clam chowder- very savory and flavorful must get. Next fisherman's plater got the beer batter ver. Pretty standard make sure to ask for the spicy tangy sauce. Next was the carprise chicken sandwich then the lobster roll - they serve it cold or hot. We opted for cold. The roll was buttered and savory and has a good texture. The portion was lil small other wise 5?
Had a pick up next door as a truck driver...walked over got lobster roll and clam chowder with lavender lemonade to try. Lobster roll was great! But the clam chowder...mind blowing! If you dont know how lavender lemonade tastes.. like I didnt know..it tastes just how it smells! Deliciously weird! Try it! Def recommend the place worth the price! They also have some yummy drinks and coctails :)
My favorite go to spot. Love Dylan & his crew. The food is delicious ? The drinks are fantastic, (Painkiller) The atmosphere is phenomenal ? ? The Black Whale ? is the Bomb ? ? too. Love ❤️ me some Will ?
Side of clams with lobster roll was very good. Lobster roll was skimpy for the money. Limited on alcohol choices and the Blueberry lemonade should have been on the children's menu.
Great location and great environment. The staff was very nice. I had the lobster roll. Fabulous.
Ok, well my husband and I got 2 Seafood Platters. I should have taken a pic before we started eating but we were so hungry...we got 5 small fried clams and 5 scallops....1 big peice fish, fries....and 20 fried shrimp...20 fried shrimp is what filled the box. Honestly only tried it here because Kool Kone in Wareham was closed today. If you want a delicious seafood platter that's cheaper and more tasty...GO TO KOOL KONE!!
Went by today with my wife for some fish & chips, it was excellent fish was nicely cooked & not overly greasy plenty of fries as well! Prices are reasonable too! Staff are friendly and wait times are short even when busy.
This place is a notch above your typical clam shack. It's a cool location on Pier 3, which is a great spot in nice weather. Seating is at picnic tables with umbrellas, and they're dog friendly! The atmosphere is casual, as you'd expect for a place like this. The food is tasty and fair value. This restaurant is related to the Black Whale restaurant across the parking lot, so you know they have access to good products, and they prepare them well. Our meals were hot, not greasy, with good flavor and you could tell the cooking oil wasn't old. All good signs when you're looking for this sort of place. Stop by and give them a try sometime!
food is great staff is awesome and we did a harbor tour
