The service and food was great but their salsa was not good at all. It was super watered down. I don't know if this was just bad luck or the norm but the three of us at lunch didn't care for it. The black beans were a bit questionable looking but tasted okay.If they fixed the salsa I'd rate it 4 stars.
I went for Cinco de mayo me and my hubby, service was very slow,they brought our appetizer out with the meal. Then I ordered a mule and didn't realize they put jalapenos in it, undrinkable. Finally when we asked for the check they put a 15% gratuity,your not supposed to do that unless it is 8 or more guest at a table.. wonder if I didn't like the service, your gonna make me tip anyway,?A tip is earned not automatic.when I question bartender about it sense she was the only one who spoke English,she told me that if you sit down it's automatic 15% tip added.mind you there are no signs that say that in the establishment,I won't be coming back
This place has horrible service and tasteless food, I had to wait 20 minutes to be served and another 20 minutes to revieve my food on top of being treated poorly by the workers because I didn't order any alcoholic beverages.Very bad experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone, unless you're going to get drunk and give tips.
I order several time there , i like their tacos , the only issue there is the servers , they take to long to take your order and also if you ask for a drink they also take forever ... bad service but good food ... if the owner wants the bussiness to keep going he need to step up with the costumer service .. and also stop adding tip on the bill without permission...
Totally didn't come with fries when I asked she brought me tortilla chips. Chicken wings came with Buffalo sauce and nothing else. Asked for empanada de pollo she brought beef. Waitress too busy looking at the young customers.
Service there is trash, but the food is good enough to make you forget how terrible the servers are. I usually order takeout from them, but decided to sit down and eat. Worst mistake I ever made. No one greeted us when we walked in. I had to ask if we seat ourselves. It took a long time to get menus and even longer to get to order. It took so long to get a server over that we ended up ordering drinks, apps and our main meal all at once when someone finally decided to stop by. On top of that, no one ever checked on us. Drinks were never refilled. Place was almost empty when we went and the servers were seen sitting at the bar chilling, so they couldn't even use being busy as an excuse. When I asked for the check, I saw that 15% gratuity was already added. Poor strategy to keep people to come back when you automatically give yourself a tip for bad service. I really liked their food but I will no longer eat there.
This is the place to go when you are in the mood for good food. As to the service, I wasn't impressed with the service. While waiting for my food I tried to order a drink several times. I asked the server to please get ma a drink? She turned her head and walked away. I asked the hostess if I could at lease get a drink of water? She laughed and walked away.20 minutes, still no drink and my food arrived. Fresh Hot Steak Taco's and finally a drink!
TERRIBLE SERVICE. The food takes forever to arrive and the fact that gratuity is added on a bill without a persons consent should be illegal (probably is) the foods okay but I would take great service and okay food over the other. The owners need to do better.
Anyone saying this is the best Mexican food they’ve had ever is LYING through their teeth. The food, at best, is sub par. And god forbid you order them through DoorDash, pay extra for Consome and it’s FORGOTTEN. NO money back. No apology. Sloppy service. Go to Mi Antojo instead ??
I’m from Mexico but I can’t say this is Mexican food very disappointed and be careful they included the tip even if you ask only for two beers the service is the worst you can found
