Young workers, just jamming to music, being a bit loud. Place was dirty, and not fully stocked although there were enough staff to clean and stock since all they were doing were standing around on there phones and talking. People just don't have the mindset like we use to about atmosphere and customer service anymore. Definitely need more training.
I ordered a salad. I asked for it to be for here. 10 minutes later they bagged it. I did not complain I went to my table. There was only a knife in my bag. I went to the counter and asked the gentleman that served me for a fork, I waited 10 minutes never received my fork. So I threw my salad in a bag and walked out. Not a great experience.....
This place is so clean, meaning inside and outside of it.The employees always wearing gloves and most of employees have good customer service skills.
When you’ve been working all day get food and come home to this…fries all over the bag not even in proper container(legit on the bottom) not to mention no nacho sauce (which is main part of the fries) not to mention my taco was split in half not even able to access it appropriately to eat ( which isn’t hard considering it’s a taco) but clearly at this time it’s impossible. Sadly. The girl at the window was amazing but the guy that was cooking had a terrible attitude and talking absurdly as if I couldn’t even hear and making the girl at the window uncomfortable.. not cool ?
Poor customer service they should not give an attitude or roll eyes when they mistake on my order not once but twice . Idc if the person at the window of drive thru did not take my order in someone else did they should check receipt n bag before handing it to the customer
I enjoy going to taco bell for a breakfast. I especially enjoy the grilled toasted grande burrito steak! For $3.79 a great deal!
We've been waiting 20 mins for a crunch wrap a taco and two cheesy potatoes.. I work for a fast food chain and we don't make ppl wait because we want to talk in the back.. And no drive threw is not full.. This is ridiculous!!
Depends on thebday you go. Certain employees don't care about there job and the food for customers. It's not always bad but this time I went it was horrible
I was looking through other 1 star reviews and just want to say nothing has changed, almost every time I order there is something, if not multiple things, wrong with my order, indoor service is very lacking I once stood first in line for 3 minutes watching the same employee walk back and forth doing nothing looking over at the line and eventually wandered over to take orders.
Ive never seen a worse work ethic out of a team of employees in my entire life. Managers should all be fired until they can figure out how to properly run this establishment. The inside work area is filthy, service is even worse. Avoid this place at all costs.
