Picked up my order the got one thing wrong so they had to remake it an I wait like almost 20 min for it an the say I have to pay the 3 dollar difference wil what you messed up I have tonsit an wait an your gonna charge me the 3 dollars I gave worked in restaurants before an never seen that happen wit 3 dollars when they messed up an I already paid before it was done

Food is great! However, the staff assuming there is one has become terrible. Don't answer the phone when open, and don't have a schedule. One minute they are open next they are closed.
Horrible service. They refuse to answer the phone 90% of the time so no idea if the food is any good or not. But based on the customer service I wouldn't trust them with anything I would eat.Remember a slightly bad product is acceptable as long as it comes with great customer service. But bad customer servics never makes up for a bad product.

Sassaquin house of pizza is one of the best pizza house’s in NB from their pizza’s to subs, to chicken, salad’s so forth and so on but it’s ALWAYS a hard time getting in touch with them their phone is either busy or it rings, and ring with NO answer, I understand their most likely busy but how can you run a business like that I’ve turned around and went to other pizza house’s because of this. Concerned customer!!!
