Delivered to wrong apt. I am 70.delivered to 201 and not 209.they billed my credit card 15.00. I called primo three times. They hung up on me.ive used them for over 6 years and always satisfied.i did say apt 209.i went to apt.201.the black lady handed me the box half gone. I didn't take it backk.she should had known better.her name is shawna.but I think she is kind of slow. She didn't know it was mine. Primo forgot the delivery the first time and I had to recall. He had forgotten it.the third call the cruelest man said I told them apt.201. He spoke rude to me that I received the pizza and I billed the credit card for the large mushroom pizza 11.25 and I added 3.75 for the tip.i had the worst crying jags and had to take two nitroglycerin pills.im mostly bedbound.i called the police station and I believe the police are going there tomorrow to retrieve my mon÷y.they caused me so much emotional and physical harm they should be shut down and they should be brought to court for emotional abuse and theft.beware don't ever go to primo's anybody.i wass one of their best customers for years.i learned my lesson.even if they were punished no amount of money would undo the emotional and physical damage done to me.i am poor on food stamps and masshealth and live in hud housing.THIS HURT ME CRUELLY HOW THEY TALKED TO ME ON THIRD CALL AND TOTALLY DISRESPECTED ME.IM GOING TTO HAVE PEOPLE GO PICKET THERE AND CALL WBSM talk line. Called for a takeout order. They completely messed it up. The pizza is beyond greasy and bland. Worst pizza and service.
50min wait time for a taco pizza, and u gave me literally just chese and hamburger where is the lettuce and tomato, next time ordering in since i feel like yall cant make a order correctly
Pizza was awesome, wings are a little small but delicious. Mac n cheese bites were cold but also in their own so no extra heat source. Gyro was probably the best of our order. Unfortunately website prices need to be updated as well as the menu

Very bad delivery guy let my calzone fall out off the box and still wanted me to eat the calzone I told him go to the pizza place pickup and another one Instead he put the SAME calzone inside the box and Brought it back to me I will NEVER buy anything from them EVER again

So I called to make an order on the deal with a one topping pizza with a sub and fries for 17.99The kid that answered the phone barely knew what he was doing. So he puts me on hold and comes back to ask what kind of pizza I want. So I say I'd like extra cheese. He puts me on hold again. Comes back to tell me that the price will be changes because extra cheese isn't a one topping. That its specialty. Aparently cheese its too expensive for primos.
