Absolutely inedible, rock hard spare ribs, like they were days old. When i told them they said to ask for them “not hard and dry” next time. super irony flavor when i tried to chew them. The rangoons had no filling and weren’t even held closed, soggy, this food is going to get someone sick soon i would never recommend this place.
Hot and sour soup was just broth and tofu. Crab rangoons were so bad. Asked for money back but they wouldn't give it after I brought all the food back. Never order from them again... Went to Red Apple instead so much better.!!!
Very good food . I am very picky about Chinese food not to mention it is my favorite food. Just love this place and there food no complaints. They also have great customer service. I highly recommend coming here…
I ordered from here because the other places I wanted to try were closed on Mondays. Im glad we ordered. Everything was really good. I cant come up with anything to criticize.
Ordered Delivery..They Said It Would Be Here in 45 Mins..Ended Up Waiting..A Hour & 30 Mins..Called The Store..& Asked We’re It Was..They Told Me To Pick It Up..Never Would Of Told Me..Unless I Called..Food Was Decent…Except ..Boneless Spare Ribs All Dry.

I really do enjoy the food and the delivery is fairly quick. But they are not very good at taking the order over the phone. They never no what a Chow mein sandwich is. I guess the good food makes up for it.
I use to love them, until tonight. I'm pulling a Karen for this place right now. I tell them they under charged me, to them calling and thanking me to repeating my whole order with a new price 2x then to get the food to half it missing, and them saying I'm lying, even offered to show them on the spot, untouched and to be argued with over 3 other phone calls. I call to be honest and they end up taking away from original order. when you order 2 orders of crab racoon and get 3 prices the math doesn't add up then order 2 order of beef teriyaki and get 0. apparently 1 peice is for 2 orders and getting 0 is equal too.
love going for take out, never ate inside there but since covid it is only to go and very small. They are always nice to me, get my order right and it tastes good. So if you want it to go, I recommend. Prices are reasonable too.
I recently moved to New Bedford and chose Moon House based on the reviews. Just ordered for the first time tonight and it was great! Fast delivery, good prices, and the food was hot and delicious! Will definitely order again!
