Trailer trash manager, I believe her name was Courtney was extremely rude to my 14 year old daughter who went in alone to get her order. She rudely walked away and it sounded like she told her “black lives don’t matter.” I will be calling cooperate on her. This is unbelievable!!
Manager Courtney racist. I had trouble speaking my order since am not from America she say to me learn English am in America or go back to country. So sad and rude am not ordering from here ajain. She gave me nasty look. She need to be fired.
The manager Courtney was very rude. She overcharged me for a sundae and then had an attitude when I told her she got my order wrong. She then threw out my receipt and when I went back in to get it, she said she gave it to me when she clearly did not. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
By far the best McDonald’s around, customer service is awesome, the food is always hot and fresh burgers aste like they used to. Love this mcdobalds
This location is OK! The service is good but the fries was cold. My Big Mac looked as if it was on the heater a little to long.
It's fast food so I can't bring myself to give it five stars, however, this location deserves 4 stars for sure. Great customer service, I get what I order every time and it's never a long wait.
So I'm writing this because the 1st guy I talked to was very kind up at the front when i was ordering and I just asked them because I got the 2 for 3.50 deal He didn't put it on but he was very kind and asked the manager if it would work because I got a fry she tried to tell me at 1st that it wouldn't work because they stopped it that day and then try to make me feel bad because I wanted to do the deal because it was only 50 cents I was gonna save I'm a single mom 50 cents adds up and it doesn't matter it's my money so for you to be rude to me I've worked in customer service for years before being a nurse And I would never make somebody feel bad because they wanted their money that makes no sense I feel very sad for people who live there lives with such judgment and hate in there hopefully you find peace
Order at the Zioks! As lovely as the employees are I’ve never had an order come out right at this location. I’ve never had these problems at other locations. But the workers are always pleasant.
This McDonald’s is the absolute worst place on earth. When ever you get food here the order is wrong. Then also no sauce when ever you order nuggets. I get maybe getting the sauce wrong, but who legit orders nuggets without sauce. Throw something in there. Also why is there always just a giant wait for McDonald’s?
Who rates a McDonald's. I don't know, but I just did. You people act like humans want to look at reviews for a McDonald's. Here's an example. If Joe sees a McDonald's, he just goes in and gets a big Mac or something. Joe doesn't care, because Joe knows he went into a McDonald's. Thank you for your time.
