I like the McDonald's across from Marist college. Always gets my order right and it's always fresh. Great customer service too.
If your looking for fast food DO NOT come here. Placed my order and they gave me another persons food after waiting 15 miniuts.. Them had me park while they made my food.breakfast burritos and a mcgriddle.
Pancakes were hard like crunchy,noy my kinda service and everytime I go to McDonald's on coggeshall st I get the same thing and my price is always different and I told the supervisor and she said I was lying.
Imagine this: you go to McDonald's and order your food. You pay for the food, and when the food comes out, you tell them, "I'd like as much sweet and sour as you're allowed to give me." They give it to you. As much as they can fit in the bag.That's this McDonald's.Thank you, whoever did that for me. That was amazing.
I wish I could give it no stars. Every time I order from this McDonald's my order is never complete and when I try and call to get it fixed they never pick up. Awful service and serious lack of attention to detail and the orders.
Took awhile in drive thru. But food was good
We were waiting for 5 minutes 7 cars on the other side were attended. we got tired we moved then they attended the person behind us. what a waist of 30 minutes.
The employee named J. Johnson is a pleasure every time I see him. If he’s not a manager he should at least be getting manager pay because I don’t wanna say that I go there every night but every time I do he’s running the show. He is very pleasant! There was a time it was only him and one other employee at night and because of that they had to close early and he still took me and some other cars. The foods quality remained the same regardless of the pressure they were under. Nice to have positive experiences in fast food especially nowadays where the pressure can easily make anyone get frustrated.
Anytime I order on doordash after 8pm I find that my order is botched and I get one of the five items I actually ordered. I don’t know who happens to be on shift during the late hours but they screw up my orders almost as much as I order.
The soda is good food always stale like its been sitting for a long time & or microwaved . Chichen nuggets like rocks & I Will Never eat here again !!!!
