They burnt the breadsticks this time.the last 3 times something was wrong with my order.I Will not go back to this location because they're aweful.
You are not going to get the greatest pizza in the world, but it's good enough for what it is. However anytime I go to the store and order, they never give me what I order, so that's 3 stars, but when I buy online, it's always correct, so that's 5 stars, so I split the difference.
Usually it’s great. Pizza already made. You in and out. But this particular visit was horrible I waited in line for 15 minutes no one came to the front. Not even to say I’ll be right with u. I ended up leaving.
Ordered online waited 10 min after my time to pick up and they didn't even start it. Not sure if they did it on purpose but I got a free pizZa so that was cool
Called NB coggeshall at at 10:30, closes at 12pm. No answer 2 times. Then pulled in, door open, employees all standing around looking at their phones. They said no food, they were not serving. So we left and went to Taco Bell. Terrible customer service, will not ever return to any location.
Never get the order right and don't answer the phone when you need help. I will never order here again too many mistakes and missed orders.
I love little Cesar’s cheesy breads! This is what I come in for so I was excited to find one in my area. I asked for two boxes but they only had one left I took it once I got home I gulped 2 down only to realize it was raw dough with melted cheese on top ? I thought alright I’ll stick in the air fryer but that didn’t help I ended up having to rip off the cheese and try again so now I’m sitting here hungry and dissatisfied because it’s not the same.Update now they’re over done I guess next time I’ll just get cheesy bread from dominoes
I ordered online. It was done on time. Going in to pick up was fast. However.The Buffalo wings were rotisserie. The soda I paid for is missing. I have tried calling them and can’t reach a human. In addition ? I was ordering on the Fall River site and it defaulted to New Bedford. When you look at the app for menu? It’s a list of nutrition facts. Someone needs to fix the online program and someone needs to answer the phone to handle errors. To drive back isn’t possible I don’t live in the area. I travel through a lot.
I liked the customer service person who assisted me. However, they have no phone! I needed to change my pick up time but could not reach them. Also, unfortunately, I did not care for the ?. Too much oregano and cheese.
Located in the North End of New Bedford. Great location. Wasn't to happy about soda vending machine that don't give you change back. Can't go bad with the prices of their pizza and hit and ready.
