Last month I bought a chocolate chip cookie and when I got home, it wasn’t in my bag. Today I ordered one and again it wasn’t in my order. Someone is charging for it and keeping the cookie for themselves or pocketing the money. Also, I ordered two popcorn chicken combos and only got a half box of fries with each one! Popcorn chicken was cold. 19.00 for cold, dried out popcorn chicken and half boxes of fries and no cookie!

Came in drive-through about $30 worth of food and they didn't give me one of my meals nor my receipt so I went and called to see if they could look up transaction they said they couldn't so now I have to spend 20 more dollars to recoup for the food that I don't have I will not be here again horrible service
KFC discontinued the Beyond Chicken Nuggets. Complete disappointment!
Quick service food was hot when I got home and fresh good place for a quick food way better than McDonald's or Burger King
