To start this place used to he good!! New owners increased prices BIG TIME... quality has severely decreased. And if an issue w the old owners, they would've immediately taken care of it! Not the RUDENESS that the new regime gives you. They did one thing right.... they successfully turned many customers away do to thinking New Bedford is Beverley Hills. The pizza is still fairly good.... the salads are just a Very overpriced head of lettuce. Extremely dissatisfied and all my future business will go to the Sasaquin area.
The food is excellent and fairly priced. My husband and I order from G&S Pizza a few times a month and have never been dissatisfied. Pizzas, sandwiches and more are all delicious.
Good food but twice now they've forgotten my drink when they delivered my food. The delivery should be checked that everything is there before it leaves the store. There is no reason for it not being done other than negligence. Going forward I'll be tipping with cash only if I get the right order and nothing if I don't. I'm done tipping online only to not get my full order.
Although we eat their Pizza regularly, their Lasagna is delicious too. We've never had a "bad" meal at G&S Pizza.
I have gone to G&S & ordered delivery under the former owners many times. Recently, I ordered some catering platters for a work function (that I didn't attend) and employees were very pleased and had all positive feedback. The catering portions are HUGE! The positive feedback pushed me to order for 2 of my own parties. The food was excellent, and the garlic bread that came with it was a nice unexpected surprise! They also made the modifications that I requested in my online order with no problem at all. They even offer a generous discount on your 1st online order if you register. I've ordered catering 3x now, and will certainly do so again!! :)
I ordered my usual pizza, which is not always easy to find. It's a Buffalo Chicken Pizza with pineapple, feta and banana peppers. I have tried it (when possible) at every pizza place I eat at. This is ridiculously good. My number two favorite of all time. Thanks all, good on you!
Ever since the new owners took over the food isn't good. Steak and cheese sub is good but the pizza is not. Service isn't good either. Had it delivered and food came late and cold. I actually had to call to see were my food was and I should have just canceled it and ordered from somewhere else.
Dissatisfied with the service overall, I paid good money for my order but they neglected to include the side of tartar sauce I not only ordered but paid for.. told me they would deliver it but never did my food got cold waiting for it that was a waste of $20 I ended up tossing the food in the trash where it belongs.
Food is great, service is great, and the pizza is the best around. Only one I can eat after trying it. ;)
I appreciate you guys coming through! There was an issue with the order and they solved the problem with the quickness. Their manager is awesome! The food is great! ? I also love the options they have. Pretty good menu for a pizza place!!!!
