The person who took the order paid attention and made sure we received what we ordered.My only complaint is that they charge extra for almond or oat milk. My cousin and I are lactose intolerant and I don't believe it is fair.
Slowest service. Too busy talking and standing around. Poor customer service.
I dont know how you could possibly mess up a whole order but one girl did. I asked for a half vanilla bean half strawberry coolata and she literally put the flavors one on top of the other…not mixed?? Idk ive never had to specify i wanted it mix literally anywhere else. Asked for a chocolate frosted donut with rainbow sprinkles…it has chocolate sprinkles. To top it off asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and i got a sausage egg and cheese. Worst experience at a dunkin literally ever. And i was the ONLY person in the drive thru so ??♀️ not sure what happened there.
Long wait in line..order was wrong.. When asked them to fix it I got an attitude..so I left the coffee there and left

Dunking donuts ? needs to be redesigned inside and out to look better of building..
Active one star because yesterday I was in line for 20 minutes I was like 4 cars away from the speaker, some young girl comes out and told us we saw stuff we close you got to get out of line .. that is not customer service people already waiting in line you should attend them smh
This place used to have the best coffee, I go everyday around 5 am they recently started putting the girl that always made my coffee great in the window.....now the coffee tastes nasty. For the last 3 mornings in a row I’ve gotten coffee that tasted old and burnt. I couldn’t even drink it! It even stunk up my whole car! Who ever they have making those coffees does not know what they’re doing! The sticker is correct on the cup but it’s been made incorrectly since they switched the girls. They need to just put the other girl back to making coffees (don’t know her name, dirty blond hair blue eyes). They gotta do something though because that coffee has been so nasty!! The smell is spoiled, I really think she’s brewing the hot coffee wrong, I’ve been coming to this location for years since they first opened and NEVER had a problem with their coffee! I didn’t want to stop going there but if they don’t fix this problem right away I’ll go elsewhere!
