They had an 1 left to close I requested a ice latte they said The machine was clean then I asked for a vanilla bean Culotta they said the machine was cleaned already that they were only serving coffee !
I am a 40 year old woman and because of an issue since junior high school with a female I hadn't been to Dunkin' donuts cuz my car had been out of order since November and I went in March I hadn't made a complaint and maybe 6 to 8 months about my coffee being made well on 35 Holland avenue because I ordered a latte which I do all the time they told me I ordered an iced coffee I showed them my transactions it was a latte they remade it but now told me I can't go to all 15 locations that are owned by their company without even getting permission by their boss to allow that all because they make my coffee wrong and because I brought back my coffee a couple of times in the past 5 years and made complaints and I spend over $150 a week at Dunkin' donuts with that franchise so Dunkin' donuts isn't for their customers not the employees anyway and they need new management.
Best coffee all around why? Cause the staff are awesome ? and they make the best coffee and new englanders run in it!
Can someone PLEASE explain to me why NOBODY behind the counter is wearing a mask? They're serving food in the middle of a pandemic and not one employee is required to wear a mask? I'll go to Honeydew from now on.
Literally my favorite Dunkin because I always have a great experience whenever I go there! Workers have always been very friendly and helpful, today was no exception. I ordered through the app and I was told one of the items I ordered was not in stock, which is not their fault, especially around the time of year where many people are having holiday parties. They accommodated me by giving me another item in place of the one they did not have. They even went above and gave me an extra for the inconvenience which they did not have to do! 10/10 would return :)
Great coffee
I go there pretty much every day for my coffee. Depending on who is working my coffee is made right. They do have a habit of getting a little bit chatty and not listening to the orders that they are taking over the speaker.
Girl at counter screws up order every morning and tells me I ordered wrong,gave her over a dollar tip did not even get a thankyou!! Bad work ethic and miserable attitude, a little smile goes a long way.
15 minutes for four cars to go through drive through. Got a simple on the go order wrong. Took another ten minutes to get it corrected inside.
