It’s really annoying when you order on the app as a walk in so you’re not sitting in the drive up for 10 minutes and the door is closed and you can’t get your order. I mean it’s 7 AM you would think you can open your indoor doors or at least indicate that indoor is not opened and I can go elsewhere.
Great coffee and donuts but they have others on the menu. Wish they kept their original slogan from when I was a kid..." It's time to make the donuts!".
Usually, this Dunkin is fine, not good but fine— However, it seems like with most dunkins in this area, the afternoon staff is just rude and lazy. When I had gone it had been empty and still, no one came to the drive window to assist or take orders and going inside took even longer despite no customers waiting to be serviced.Early Mornings seem to be relatively fine but I have not returned since so I am not certain if that is still true.
So slow. At least a 20 min wait in the drive thru consistently. Then you pull up to the window and they hand you the wrong item or ask "what did you get?" Just so much confusion. Most of these people have been here for years. I think they just don't care. Everyone needs retraining and the place could definitely use a random quality inspection.
Just got sold 50 stale day old munchkins gross.
I asked for a frozen mocha and they don't want to doing because the machine is clean and I was not going to clean it again that happen 1 hour and 30 minutes before closing
Ordered 2 dozen donuts on the dunkin app 15 mins before arriving and employees only gave me 1 dozen. I asked for my other dozen and they give me 9 donuts and a bagel twist. I tell the manager Andrew and he replaces the bagel twist with 1 donut leaving me short 2 donuts that I paid for. Then i ask for the missing items to an employee who is busy talking about how uncomfortable he feels around one of his coworkers instead of helping costumers and he looks at me and ignores me. I was going to be late to drop my daughter off at daycare and felt belittle for being ignored and left the store. I accidentally left 2 dunkin cards THAT I JUST PURCHASED FOR A GIFT total value of $30 and the manager thought it was ok to give my gift cards to a random customer. When i come back to ask about my cards the employee who ignored me in the first place tells me “well you left them right here idk and idc” so i continue to ask for his name and he begins to cuss me out that he isnt giving me his f**king name because he doesnt have to! NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK TO THIS DUNKIN. UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE, never have been treated so poorly in fast food. Finally, when I complain to the manager about my complete experience his response is “well we’re short staffed so idk” !!?? RIDICULOUS!! Didnt even offer to give me the rest of my order??? Horrible, horrible service.
I've been to dozens of Dunkin's at this point bc of travelling and as unassuming as this one is, it is one of the best. Staff was really friendly, they were quick to make my order, and my order was absolutely perfect. They also didn't skimp on the coffee. Can't ask for more, thanks!
The service was fine, they made my coffee correctly which is all I care about.
Their hours are wrong, the Lobby is always CLOSED and it makes for a slow drive thru.
