Don't be fooled by the name or the outside appearance.While they do serve hot dogs this is not a hot dog joint.They offer a good variety and feature daily specials in a clean environment. The seafood is at a quality level hard to duplicate anywhere. The owner insists on only the freshest seafood and prepares it perfectly.
I love eating here when in New Bedford. I got take out this time. The stuffed quahog had chunks of quahog. Good portions and very reasonable prices.

I thought it was just hot dogs, but they have everything! Family owned and operated. Fish and chips to sirloin steak! Extraordinary home made soups and chowder made daily. love the shepherds pie! beef flavored with dine green and red peppers (not too much, just enough fir a good fksvor), corn, peas and mashed - enough fir lunch the next day. Nice folks there, good all around diner stmosphere; very inviting and friendly. great hot spups as well
