Food is good. Clerk at counter was on phone while time while ordering and while waiting watch videos. Language on videos was not appropriate. Pricing for the food was reasonable.
I have ordered a number of times from this restaurant and, until now, have had excellent chicken. My latest chicken order (and possibly my LAST) was tough and overcooked. I suppose we can't be perfect all the time but for the money I spent, I expected better quality.
If I could give 0 stars I would!I will never order anything from this restaurant ever again. I have dealt with rude people, but this place has the rudest woman answering the phone. I called to place my order and instead of saying please hold, I was told to wait and the phone was dropped on the counter. A few minutes later a woman wanted my name she then said something that I could not hear because she mumbles. I then said excuse me what did you say. I was then met with a rude tone saying what do you want. The tone was what got to me. People are spending money at this restaurant that pays the workers weekly check, and to be spoken to in such a rude manner is unbelievable. I know the money I spend will not put this place out of business, but maybe the owners will think about hiring people with some sort of customer service experience. Even if you hate your job, fake it to you make it. No one who deals with the public has the right to be rude, and if you don’t want to be polite, then get a job that you don’t have to deal with people!!!
Barley gave me fries with my chicken tenders chicken frozen.
