the pizza was delicious and the young lady behind the counter was very courteous and helpful. I found they were very attentive to my order,?????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quality of food was excellent services was too

Me and my friends went in and sat down to get ready to order when the employee came up to us and rudely said they do not allow outside food. When we were going to order here in the first place. After my friend explained we were waiting for more people to order she spoke over my friend and repeated the same thing. Then we heard her and the other employee talk about us in the back. She had an attitude the rest of the time we were there. Food wasn’t great either.

If you love authentic Neapolitan pizza, this is the best on the South Coast. Their brick oven gives just the right amount of char to the thin, bubbly crust. Pictured is the Carciofo pizza (artichoke, spinach & red peppers, but the plain cheese and the marinara are both excellent too.

the wood-fired pizzas were all we hoped for. While the restaurant has little character, you don't even notice once food is on the table.

This is my favorite Pizza shop ever. I've visited every week for about 8 months straight. I look forward to one of their pies, the foccacia, or even the top-notch Supremo salad, all week long. Service is rapid, consistently perfect and reliable. I recommend Brick to everyone that I can.

It’ was so delicious

I have been ordering from Brick weekly since I began working in Downtown New Bedford. Occasionally eating in, but mostly myself or one of my staff picking up our pizza's for lunch. Food has always been fantastic 5 Stars. Almost everyone that has provided service there have also been fantastic 5 Stars. But Meagan, (Manager of NB location), she is a nasty, rude little crumb. If the owner would like me to elaborate on my experience I would be glad to contact them by email or phone. Unfortunately Meagan refused to share with me on how to contact and directed me the website where there is also nothing listed to contact.I'm prepared for the generic response about authentic Neapolitan pizzas made from naturally risen Caputo 00 with our 200+ year old culture, topped with fresh mozzarella made on house daily from local curd and Sam Marzano tomatoes and cooked in our 800 degree wood-fired brick oven from Italy. The pizza isn't the problem though it's mouthy Meagan and her rude customer service.

Pizza was good but the girl at the cash register must have been having a bad day. Asked for arugula pizza and changed it to be arugula on Margherita and her response was “so not arugula pizza” with an attitude. If we weren’t with kids would not have stayed to eat after such rudeness.
