Bake goods are ok. I feel that they are a little on an expensive side compared to quality. Tried their macarons and the only one that was good was pistachio. The rest was underwhelmed.
I purchased a cake last Saturday and it looks great! But when I ate it, to my great disappointment, the whole cake brioche was very dry and it was the first time I had a cake that would choke. The cake was not at all fluffy, very unfresh, very hard and dry, and I suspect it had been sitting for many days. Why waste $50+ on this instead of going for a cookie? I used to buy cakes from other TOUS les JOURS locations, but this one was very disappointing to me.If you are looking for a good whole cake, not here!
Always a wide variety of delicious pastries and breads. And a fantastic banana crème and “sponge” cake for my birthday. Love the lemon macaroons, I’m addicted.
I bought a cake for my wife’s birthday today, but the cake is so hard, when we bite it, it is like eating crackers. I am very disappointed at this brand, I used to be a big fan of this brand. Never again!!
This place offers fantastic cakes but With poor service. We purchased two (02) slices and a honey nut roll cake to go. We met Nad, who cashed us out. NOT sure what the problem was, but we got treated differently. I am proud of my color. We asked to speak with the manager but were informed. No manager is here today. It will be our first/last time shopping from Tous Les Jour. Two stars are for service.
although the drinks, the food, and products may be great, im inclined to give a two star rating. as an ex-worker at tous les jours, i will say that it is not… great.management is fickle. rules to ensure quality are not enforced or even taught properly. training was mostly done by the employees and isn’t very consistent, people have to learn things on their own and most of the time the management doesnt do anything to help. the owners schedule you without telling you, on days you specifically say youre unavailable, and are not receptive to feedback. bugs. the wait is long because the checkout and ordering process is extremely convoluted for the workers. the tipping process is odd, workers dont take their tips home themselves and are split up among everyone who gets a paycheck (even those who worked significantly less throughout the weeks). management gets mad when people stand around and go on their phones which would be understandable— if it wasnt for the fact that no one is really trained in depth and dont know what to do most of the time. and it isnt as if there is a manager in store for them to talk to most of the timeif you come in on a slow week day, then im sure things will be alright. otherwise, if you show up on a weekend and you wait 45 minutes to get a mediocre drink that is watered down and lacks flavor due to stinginess from management, and may have a bug in it— go wild. lol

LOVE everything this place offers! Coffees are decent, too. Wish they stock more, as this location often runs out of most of their products by mid-day!
