Went to the Cheesecake Factory in Natick for dinner this evening and had a super experience. The food was well prepared and exactly what I expected. The server, Jessica I think, was fantastic, friendly and attentive. The place was busy, but the service was humming and all their work made the ambiance quite nice. Took some pieces of cheesecake home and my goodness they were delicious. I happily recommend this restaurant.
Absolutely disappointing. I ordered Broccoli alfredo pasta. The sauce was SO watery. there was hardly even any on my pasta. AND the broccoli was only stalks. there was no tops of broccoli. they gave me extra sauce and it was essentially water. The pasta wasnt even fully cooked. Not even al dente, super dry. Looked like plain pasta. So so disappointed with the quality. will not be coming here for dinner again. For the price you would think they would hire a chef that actually knows what theyre doing. Ive been here plenty of times and ive NEVER had anything to complain about. Im shocked to say this was the worst meal ive had all year. My waiter was very great though and they did their best. this review has nothing to do with waiters or waitresses. just so disappointed with the food this time around.
Okay, so the actual food was delicious. Definitely would recommend the Thai lettuce wraps. But, the service was never there and we had to ask someone to place our order and get us drinks ?. After that, our food came, but the appetizer didn't come until after we were done with our food and waiting for the bill!! Even after we said to cancel, our server still brought us the food!! And we don't even know their name -_- they never told us...
Salad was amazingly fresh, coconut cheesecake to die for. Service was top notch. But, the carbonara was NOT carbonara. Sauce was runny, more like pasta with some bacon bits and a few pieces of chicken. Not carbonara.
Service is good and attentive. I enjoyed the fried fish tacos, with Mexican spiced rice and hearty black beans. My wife loves the chicken Madera. The have a wide variety of cheesecake and a few other selections for desserts.
Absolutely terrible hostess service. I can’t believe how rude and arrogant the staff was while trying to call ahead for a party of 9, but they refused to take our call ahead or reservations. They only allow reservations via a party of six or less through the yelp platform which is absolutely disappointing.Upon arrival to the restaurant they told our team over an hour wait even though we did everything we could to perpare them for our arrival.If it weren’t requested by our employees I wouldn’t have wasted my time or money on such dissatisfied service.
I love Cheesecake Factory. My family too. March 25th was my mom birthday. The reservation process was great. I even wrote down it was my mom birthday. I guess when it comes to birthdays, you have to buy a dessert to get a candle and a pretty plate that says happy birthday to you like some of the past reviews have shown. My mom even said it was her birthday to the waiter, I think Sean C. Anyway, it would be nice if Cheesecake Factory offers a free sundae to make someone birthday more special! Also I do not recall the waiter said Happy Birthday either! I felt very.... disappointed.
Why we won't be back??We went for my Grandson's birthday, and ordered our food. His Mac & Cheese burger arrived, he started eating his fries & the waitress came back to say it was the wrong burger, and his was in the kitchen. She left the fries, took the burger. About 5 minutes later, she returned with the same sandwich. She explained the correct plate had been served to someone else, and he could either eat this one (now cold) or wait about 15 min. while they grilled a new one. He took the plate, tried a few bites, but it was too cold. Also having been walked around the restaurant, how sanitary was it? The bill arrived for the 7 of us, and the sandwich plate was not deducted. PS - the FRESH BANANA cheesecake did not have any fresh banana slices, but it did taste like banana pudding. Why we will not be back....
Best club sandwich!!!! Great server!! Perfect desserts. You can’t miss with Cheesecake Factoty!!!
We love the Cheescake Factory restaurants we already went in so many and they all have great food , great Cheescakes ? delicious cocktails ?, great service, friendly staff , thank you thank you everyone
