Absolutely disappointed. This was my first time trying smashedburger and I was very excited at first. After I got my order, I went home to eat dinner with my husband I discovered they totally messed up my order. They gave me bacon when I asked no bacon. They literally left out the tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and pickles. Fries were halfway cooked. It’s unfortunate to have such a first time experience like that.
Burger, Soda and Tots $17 and really not worth it or all that good. Tables were filthy and it was not busy at all just myself and one other person. Iced Tea on the menu but “We don’t make Iced Tea at this location”Seriously?No more Smashburger for me
Not worth it. I've made Better Burgers at home. What you get is a greasy sloppy cheeseburger, cold fries in the smallest possible quantity, with a fountain drink. The service is super slow and very on personable. The staff behave as if they don't know how to interact with other human beings. It takes them way too long to push out orders, even if the restaurant is not busy. None of the tables were clean oh, and the restaurant looked as if it was in dire need of a deep clean. The food just isn't tasty enough to justify its price common or is it enough quantity of food to be satiated. This is overpriced junk that isn't worth the money, skip this place and go somewhere else.
I just just got out of the longest shift of my life and I was running on empty. I decided on Smashburger, naturally. I just watched Gavin slay about ten orders at once while he had two middle aged “can I speak to the manager” dragon ladies breathing down his neck. Kid nailed it and didn’t even break a sweat, while miserable mom no. 1 complained that her fries better not be cold.. Patience is a virtue honey. This kid works hard and deserves recognition. Thank you so much Gavin, you out here doing the lords work my dude.
Mediocre at the absolute best. The burger I’m sure would have been fine if the cook read the slip and didn’t put the tomatoes I specifically asked not to be there…. But since there were tomatoes I couldn’t eat it so thanks for wasting my money. I only give 2 stars cause the girl that took my order was nice and doing the best she could as the legit only person outside of the kitchen working there.I will be calling for a refund ☝️
First time here. Very welcoming and friendly staff. It got pretty busy when I showed up. Like 15 middle school aged kids came in all at once and they handled it like champs. Got the spicy baja burger with guac with Smash fries. Two thumbs up.
Good burger. Reasonable prices
When this places first opened it was great. It became a monthly visit for my daughter and I. Over time the quality of service and foos has gone downhill tremendously. I visited on 1/17/22 and firstly there wasn’t enough staff on for the crowd. I made it in time, however after putting in my order it took forever to get my food. The food has been sitting on the counter for a long time and I noticed that the 2 customers behind me in line received their food first. On top of that when I finally get my order my burger is nothing what I ordered and my food was cold. It would have taken too lo g to wait for them to remake it so I has to settle and eat a nasty burger that I didn’t order on top of stale cold fries. This place continues to disappoint the more I come so it’s my last visit. Leaves a poor taste in my mouth and have no interest in coming back at all. I hope someone can come along to get this place back into shape and improve the quality overall.
They were short staffed and those who were working were doing the best they could so I won't hold that against them. The tots were tasty as I would expect. I had the BBQ bacon burger, which didn't have enough sauce on it, so it was dry. If it had the proper amount of sauce it would have been a good solid 4 star rating.
Lactose intolerant asked for no cheese, got cheese. Asked for a new burger and they reused the cheesy bacon. Wtf?
