If my rating was to reflect the quality of service provided by the workers at this location, I would have given them 5 stars. I docked 2 stars because this location does not have a tip jar, instead opting for food bank jars. While food banks are a noble cause, I believe customers should have the option to give gratuity to the workers. I highly doubt that Panera Bread pays all their workers a living wage (at least $21.88/hr for a single adult without any children), so I find it deeply offensive that this location does not have a tip jar available.WORKERS OF THE WORLD UNITE!UNIONIZE!Both the bourgeoisie and the managerial class will not willingly concede any of their power; workers will only gain the Dignity and Liberty we are owed thru Collective Action & Solidarity!I will not order food from this location until they change their policy & implement tip jars (regardless of whether they continue to have food bank jars at the cash register as well).
Just had a delivery and there was a major component missing. Took three phone calls and about 50 rings to get an answer at the Natick Cafe only to be informed that there is nothing they can do about it as the order is purchased from Door Dash and they don't have any way of getting the missing item delivered. Two choices, credit my card or re-order the item and incur delivery and all the associated fees. I really think there should be some accountability as Panera packed the bag and missed the item. No comp, nothing but..."too bad". Never again, done with Panera.
Quick lunch, the usual, half sandwich and chips...the new tie chicken soup is good, little light on the chicken pieces. Love how any Panera I go to is very clean!
Always a good time here foods good but pricey.
Curbside pickup is a joke at this location. Employees and managers watching orders piling up at the counter.
I go to this location all the time, at least a few times a week (ordering lunch for 3-4 people at work). It happened a few times that they forget to put an item or two in our to-go order, which is ok, it happens, nobody is perfect in this world. But today, I ordered food for 3 people and had a guy pick it up. When the food got to office, I noticed that a Mac & Cheese is missing and a bag of chips. I just called in and explained, and the manager was nice and told me to come pock up the rest. So my guy went to pick them up, but the worker there at the time said that the manager is not there and start telling us that she checked the order and everything was there! Like I was lying. So the next minute the manager walked out of his office and handed the missing food to my guy. I hate leaving bad reviews, but had to, so the management can teach some manners to their employees.
Really disappointing experience at this Panera. It took way too long, they didn't announce it, they dressed the salad way too much when told not to, it's a total rip off. Will not come back to this one again.
I've only been either picking up food or eating in. I can't say anything about their delivery but picking up food is super easy with the app and eating in is decent. The food has never disappointed me.
Very poor business and products. The internet is flooded with this kind of non-valid, non-legitimate businesses, where owners of these businesses are basically unemployed people, who take government benefits
Food was ready for pickup on time. Sandwiches could use a little more care in prep.
