Happy to see that the restaurant has improved on this visit. Food, service was very good... kitchen timing good, food served hot and well prepared. I've been critical of this spot for quite a while, so I'm glad to see the big improvement over past visits.
Very very slow service. Nice, but slow. The food is super greasy. Tasty. But super greasy. I want to love them, but they can't get their heads as a chain wrapped around cutting the fat a bit. Nice steamed dumplings. Their dim sum items are always wonderful. Love the chicken wraps. Hate chicken swimming in oil and crispy things soaking it up. I won't stop going sparcely. But I wish they could pep the step and really cut on the oil change a bit. It's not that hard...
service was absolutely terrible. waiter didn’t check on us at all, didn’t give us silverware, didn’t refill water, etc. this has really gone down hill.
Always try to find a PF Chang’s when on vacation. Always fantastic food

Had a great time celebrating my daughter’s 15th birthday. Food was amazing and the staff was very welcoming.
This would have been higher, but 4th floor access and having to use an elevator was inconvenient. This does not reflect the rest of the restaurant experience that was great.
This location of PF Chang's needs major attention. Over the years I've suggested they needed to concentrate on fixing this place up... it needs a major cleaning, more staff in the dining room and kitchen, and someone management that can oversee it all. It's a shame as the food is very good when it's served hot and in a timely manner. My visit tonight was not great. I was in the Natick Mall and sat at the bar, solo. It took forever to get the chow. The ribs were good overall, but some pieces were dry and wasn't that hot. I've had the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, served with Rice many times at various PF Changs. It was made very well, but had to send it back to have them reheat it. Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay by the glass was very good. I was very impressed with the bartender, however... Alysia. She was running around doing the work of 2 or 3 employees. Without her fantastic attitude and service, I'd probably still be sitting there. Someone need to whip this place into shape... so much potential.

We love deeply p.f Chang, we went to the one in natick mall and tabby take well care of us, the ribs are so juicy and grassy you would definitely lick it, the duck was amazing and the chicken pad Thai was delicious. Thanks we will came back for more.
