I don't eat McDonald's. I stopped eating them after months ago actually. But the Natick mall doesn't really have options that I like so I decided McDonalds. The food was fine, all McDonald's taste the same to me. So I can't help you much on that end. But the service was extremely fast. The lady taking my order was very kind and the food did seem fresh or as fresh it can be I suppose. But yeah it was a fine exchange, nothing special. Finding seating is the hard part since the tables tend to always be full. But it's a food court so what are you going to do?

trying to buy a coffee and the manager attending the box with a pedantic, arrogant and abusive attitude I definitely have no desire to buy in this place again.
So, I ordered the following meals: 2 x 10 chicken nugget meals - vanillla milkshakes. 1 Big Mac meal extra pickles and onion - lemonade 1 Big Mac meal no pickles - vanilla milkshake 1 Big Mac Honey mustard Sweet and sour When I arrived at the window after paying I was given 4 fries and the drinks. When I asked where the other items were I told that is it - that was my order. I said no and showed my receipt. The lady then took the receipt and said yes, that was my complete order. I looked at her astonished and then for a camera thinking this was comical, then asked if she was joking. She insisted that I had everything again in an astonishingly rude manner. After 5 mins she came back to the window and told me to wait in bay 1, yet again being very rude. I then went in the restaurant and asked what was going on. The order after a number of conversations again, was then fulfilled. The staff member concerned was extremely rude, almost bordering on offensive. Disgusted with the way I was treated, very dissatisfied and not the image or service I would expect.
30 minutes in the drive through for a micchicken and small fry. Unacceptable
