The cauliflower pizza is amazing. I had to call to make sure I got the right pizza. By far the best GF pizza I've ever had. I found my new favorite pizza place.

A hidden gem in Natick! I tried out two slices of pizza and they were delicious. I loved how cheesy the pizza was plus they do a fantastic job with their caramelized onions. While waiting for my pizza I had a quick chat with the owner, Brian, and It quickly became clear that he genuinely cares about the customer experience. I look forward to trying out more items on their menu!

I've been looking for a place that has calzones made right, and boy did I find it. The two that we ordered were exactly what we were looking for.

Really great thin crust pizza. Favorites are buffalo chicken, and pepperoni, onion, and garlic. The pizzas are always crispy and hot. The owner Brian is super friendly and cares about having happy customers. Looking forward to trying some of their specialty pizzas, we’ve heard they’re great too. Keep up the good work!

Have to say I was hesitant to order the wings…… but much to my surprise….they were AMAZING!!! Thanks …. And the pizza was FAB!

Delicious! Tried it for the first time today and our family loved it!

The best place in town. Our go to favorite as locals for sure, great pizza, great people

Lots of options with gluten-free cauliflower dough which tastes amazing and vegan cheese pizza, this is my favorite pizza ?

TL;DR: If you’re looking for a fantastic local pizzeria look no further. The food here is fantastic. Close your eyes and randomly point to some thing on their menu – anything on their menu. You won’t be sorry you tried it. Four specific instances come to my mind that tell me that they genuinely care about the food they make and their overall customer service.1. We ordered calzones for takeout recently. I guess the crust didn’t turn out to the chefs satisfaction (it seemed just fine to me!). The owner left a note in the box for us saying to call him at the given number so he can refund our money.2. One time we ordered takeout using an online system (grubhub or doordash or something - I can’t remember). I guess there was a problem with the system because the order was received by Giovanni‘s a lot later than it had been placed. So when I went to pick up our order it wasn’t ready yet. When he realized this the owner apologized profusely for the delay even though it was not at all his fault. Additionally there was a problem with the payment. the payment did not go through the online system. But the owner refused to take payment from us. He insisted that we shouldn’t have to pay twice and that he will resolve the issue with the company through which the order came.3. I was waiting to pick up another take out order. There was a loud customer ahead of me who was vehemently making his opinion know about Covid, Covid vaccine, the mask mandate etc. it was a bit annoying but whatever. He took his order when it was ready and left. The owner apologized on behalf of the mildly annoying customer!!4. Another takeout order. This time I was about two hours late to pick up my order. After about an hour had passed since the designated pickup time, the owner called and “scolded” me for not picking up the order on time. He was very concerned that the pizza won’t taste as good as it would have if I had picked it up on time. I found it very endearing!!

great pizza place but POOR management. average wait time is more like one hour; ordering on the website doesn't work.need for better management and service.
