as my followers know I base my reviews first on good access to mobility impairment I think the entire Mobile online order system should be renovated, such as some type of card swipe or code so you don't have to explain what you ordered, when you ordered it etc there was a woman who was either new or didn't understand me and it would have been easier to simply place the order and pay cash. (but the "points earned' together real quickly to get you a free coffee when you're broke at the end of the month LOL.the service was great.***** please remember to tip these men and women, 50 cents won't kill you and they are hard-working versus panhandlers who are making more now than they are!****❤️

The bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a cinnemon raisen bagel was excellent. The coffee cup was full of grounds.
Sign as enter direct to order line not if you make app order pick-up. Inconvenient if in hurry.

I, unfortunately, frequent this Dunkin "Donuts" due to being in the area for business. EVERY single time, they're out of some particular donut I'm looking for. And it's not like I order the same ones, I pick things up for coworkers so it's random. It should just be called Dunkin' Pisswater Coffee because getting any kind of donut here is hot or miss. Seems I'll be going way out of my way to find another place that actually has DONUTS on their shelves. Any suggestions on a good, locally owned bakery?
