I agree with all other reviews before me. I ordered online pickup, when I got there all the employees were doing nothing and no orders were ready. My order was about 30 minutes past the “pickup time” and it’s only because I went up and said something. There was maybe 7 other people in the same situation as me there too. Employees were rude and careless. Then I got home and our orders were verrrry wrong to the point I think we got someone else’s food, which makes no sense because I gave my name multiple times verbally and they weren’t working on any other orders at the time. Just don’t go here.

The counter where they were making the food was filthy. The workers were wiping their faces with their hands and not changing their gloves. The rice was undercooked. They were out of lettuce and guacamole. The pinto beans and sofritas were almost out, so we ended up with a lot of liquid in our meals. The chips were stale. Not my favorite Chipotle experience.

This place was great for a Chipotle, it was nice and clean and efficient, i have been to several other Chipotles and they are disorganized and take forever, but not this one... me and my sister waited maybe maybe 5 minutes before the young lad took our order and everyone just did the job in the best way... next time i am over that way and want a quick bite of yummy food, that is gonna be my go to for sure... keep up the good work!

Place (floor and All tables) was very dirty although it was empty when we got there. Rice was inedible, guacamole pale and tasteless. Had to return the food.

This place has gone way downhill over the last two years. I used to come here all the time over the Framingham one because they were better. As time went on, they started getting all of the online orders wrong. Barbacoa instead of steak. Wrong toppings. Consistently. We went four orders without one being correct. It got to the point where I'm sure they were doing it on purpose.I decided to go in person to order today instead of online, thinking it would make a difference. They were incredibly rude to me, put the wrong toppings on all the bowls. They put sour cream on one I didn't ask for sour cream on, and instead of putting tomatilla one one and corn on the other they put both on the same.I don't even know how you can do it wrong when I'm pointing at the specific bowls. Then the cashier rushed me out and told me they were busy when I tried to get it corrected. I'm never coming back here again.

The black beans were not fully cooked. The portions are usually decent. I kept having to ask, can you add a little more. At check out the cashier almost overcharged me. Just a bad day for the staffing hope

I see all the bad reviews about the incompetence of this management and crew. Well it is ALL TRUE.My order was 25 minutes late and they forgot an entire chicken bowl so I had to go back in and have it made. No side of guacamole so I asked for it and was told “no guac.” Really? The bowl you just made has the guacamole on it!! I didn’t even bother because the poor guy looked ready to melt.Got home and discovered that the soft tortilla tacos were made with crispy corn. Great! Wow. Never going to the Natick Chipotle again.Seeing the consistent poor reviews management team?

Absolutely ridiculously horrible service. They are ALWAYS out of essential ingredients like 3 hours before they close and have no intention of changing that. I went in tonight with my boyfriend 2 hours before they closed and the entire staff was sitting at tables, eating and drinking, and they were like “hey just so you know we’re out of steak, chicken, cheese, queso, and basically everything else.” So we walked out and left, no apology, and this is not the first time this has happened. We won’t be going to that location anymore. Framingham always has plenty of the right ingredients up until closing time and the staff is actually professional.

My family got me a burrito from this Chipotle for when I get home from long day of work. It was labeled W for white rice, it had half cooked brown rice that will make your dental fillings come out. There were two small crums of chicken.Save your money and go elsewhere.I have not had their burrito since before the contaminations they had in their food. It was good in the past. Sad to see them get this bad.

Fantastic customer service, I actually ordered online from the wrong location and they fixed the order at no charge. If you’re somehow unfamiliar with Chipotle generally: I recommend it. It’s a great option relative to similarly priced fast/lunch fare.
