Probably one of the worst dining experiences we've had. We were seated and given one page of the menu. We thought maybe because of covid the menu was smaller, until I noticed other tables with the full menu. My wife went up to the front to get a full menu from the host and hostess and they weren't sure what she meant, she was finally able to convince them that we had only the shell of the menu. We then waited about 25 minutes before someone came by our table to take our order. We sat with no water, no drinks for 25 minutes. We were about ready to just walkout when finally someone came by our table. They had at least 3 or 4 servers in our area, I don't believe it was a staffing issue. The crazy part is our experience wasn't even the worst compared to the two tables next to us. The table behind us never received one of their meals, and the table across from us had TWO meals missing. The waiter mentioned he would talk to his manager about discounting the bill because of the wait, that never happened, we received the full bill. I just wanted to get out of there, so we just paid and left. We initially wanted to go to Cheesecake Factory but they had a wait time for an hour and forty-five minutes, so we chose CPK as it was right next door. We regret not just waiting for Cheesecake Factory, I can only assume it would have been a better dinning experience.

Beautiful restaurant in a fancy mall, pleasant interiors and atmosphere, clean restrooms.But service on Saturday evening was not great. We gave our name and number, were told the wait would take around 30 minutes. After much longer we went back to check, they said they tried to call us, which was not true, I showed them my phone screen- there were no missed calls.Food was not served all together, and we only got utensils and napkins after I asked.The servers were diligent, good people, but maybe understaffed and too busy.The prices were high and the food portions were not filling. Overall okay experience, not great.Their reply to my review was generic and impersonal, just a link to 'contact us' on their website :-/

The staff is terrible at this location. We were sat very quickly, the restaurant was busy but not so busy they were backed up. We ordered drinks (water), two apps and a kids meal for the little one. It took about 10 minutes to get waters, after the little one got his food. Another 20 minutes go by and we get our first app, it's cold. Not a little warm either, cold. We have no silverware just the spoon that came with the app. The waiter comes back and says she will get us another app (still no second app btw) and we wait another 10-15 minutes. We are 45 minutes in and don't even have silverware. The multiple times the waiter came over she also couldn't be bothered to fill our waters even though she looked right at them. We finally get our apps almost an hour later and then another 20 minutes and we get our small pizza. Overall the food was good but the service was some of the worse I have experienced.

This was the most insulting service I have ever received. With no one waiting in line before us and plenty of open tables, I was optimistic that the wait would be short. The host took one look at our party of three and told me would be difficult to seat (I found that strange). Then another party of three came in behind us. He clearly preferred them and sat them right away but told us we would have to wait. The other party spoke up for us in disbelief, but it just led to more hostile service. I was confused but I said I could wait and decided not to let it spoil dinner. Once we were finally seated, we waited over a half hour to get soft drinks so we decided to place our food order then. We ordered two pizzas and avocado egg rolls. The order was not complicated. After waiting another half hour the waiter said the kitchen was backed up and he had no idea when it would be ready. At this point the other two in our party stayed at the restaurant while I went to the Cheesecake Factory to place a take out order in person. When I returned from Cheesecake Factory with our takeout, our CPK order was still not ready. By the time the pizzas came they were cold and no one bothered to see if the food was ok. We were never rude or confrontational (there was no one to speak to even if I wanted to complain), but it would have been nice to at least get refills on our drinks or an apology for the delays. No one would make eye contact with any of the diners and we could not get a managers attention. Very disappointing visit.

Chicken piccata was amazing and the pizza was just okay. Butter cake was also just alright. I would definitely come again just for the piccata. The service sucks. We got our utensils well after the food arrived. The bread took forever to come. We never got two drinks we ordered. By the time we got them, we were eating dessert. The waitress didn't really check on us. It was busy so I don't blame her but just a heads up for people who want to come here.

Lovely place to have lunch brunch after shopping in Natick Mall. Plenty of pizzas specially known for its taste. Great starters. Mouth watering desserts. Few choice of ?? cocktails. Unfortunately they dint have Ultimate Bloody Mary cocktail. Service is good. Will have to wait for the tables. Efficient and friendly staff. Covid19 protocol strictly followed. Social distancing maintained. Masks are compulsory. Sanitisers kept in handy. All staff wear masks. Coming in and out going customers are separated. Every table is sanitised after use by the customers. Very crowded. They have high chairs for kids and there's kids menu too. One can book in advance and pick up the order. Take aways are there. One can also sit infront of the bar. Small place and can accommodate around 50 customers at a time. Credit cards accepted and can be paid digitally too by scanning. Tips around 15%/20% would be reasonable. Customers can be seated while waiting for their tables. Kids are given drawing and colouring papers and crayons to keep them occupied. Many offers are given to customers with pizza at $8 if one orders 2 meals.

Table and restrooms were dingy. The waiter was not very efficient. The Bloody mary was gross and the blue moon was waiting so long to be served it was warm.The food was decent bordering on good.We will try again another time as everyone has bad days.

Lunch with friends after movie. Hungry and nice good. Will come back again.

Caribbean jerk pizza was awesome. My daughter got the pepperoni pizza which was fine. My son got the tequila chicken pasta which he loved. My wife got the Hawaiian pizza, which she was also very happy with.And we ended up eating pretty early because we needed to get home, so the place was pretty empty. So, the service was prompt. So, overall, we were very satisfied with our experience.

Ordered takout online was given pickup time of 22 minutes. Arrived 45 minutes later and was told it would be at least 25-45 minutes as they were backed up due to Veteran's Day. They hadn't even started it yet, nor called or texted to let me know of the delay. Having only a limited time for lunch, i went back to work with no food nor time to stop anywhere else. When i called to speak with a manager she took my info and told me i would be contacted when the manager came in that afternoon. He never called. I've been in the service industry for 30 plus years and understand being short handed.It's not the fact that they screwed up or that a pizza takes at least an hour and 45 minutes. it's that they didn't even care. I will not be going back.
