The location in Natick, which is where my Fiancé and I went last was definitely disappointing. The service was very slow, along with items being forgotten. We have been to this location 2-3 other times and while it wasn’t as bad/slow I wouldn’t rate it any higher. On the flip side the location in Reading is 5/5, great service, people, atmosphere etc. I wish Natick would step up their game.
I’m absolutely blown away by this pizza. As good, if not better, than the legendary Frank Pepe’s. My only regret is not trying Anthony’s sooner! Keep up the good work.
Delicious. We got takeout but the service was super friendly and pizza was delicious. We called close to closing snd they still welcomed us.
Every one of the last 5 orders made online to the Natick store has been prepared wrong. And again, today. I have spoken to management in the past. The managers have said that a credit(s) would be applied for a free replacement pizza. No credits were ever applied, and talking to the (different) manager a few days later was futile in each case. I even resorted to ordering each pizza separately, to prevent errors, but at least one order was wrong, Amazingly careless. I would give ) stars if that were an option.
Went here because of good reviews but didn't like it. Atmosphere and pizza weren't that good. Place also smells. I've had much better pizza.....
Patrick the waiter was Awesome! The Garlic Knots were so tasty. ? I love that there are gender neutral bathrooms, inclusivity is so important. Pizza was good too!
Unbelievable horr8ble customer service. Store hours posted 1130 am closed till 3pm. Also manager comely rude and none u dersta ding. Mind you drove an hour for an I terview no calls no txts no emails say he could not be there said he had days mixed up. Asked me to come back at 2pm I had another I terview. Mind you got rental car drive make it on time. This is extremely disgusting horrible for a so called manager who is compelled irresponsible and unapologetic and asks me come for 2 pm when have prior interview some where else. I'd give 0 stars out of aggravation NO communication and then asking reschedule. As a manager this is irresponsible way run this place and customer service NO communication.
Excellent experience overall. The dry rub wings are amazing to compliment the pizza. Definitely will be back! Thanks team!
I went to Anthony's over Thanksgiving break and it was amazing. The food was fresh, tasty, and filling. The experience was made even better because I had the best server, Kay. She was amazing and friendly. I will be coming back for sure and requesting her again!
the waitstaff was very professional and friendly. the pizza was also amazing and the garlic Romano wings where stellar!!! so happy I found this place. Emma was really nice and I loved her.
