Dinner tonight was awesome and also the service… Will definitely go back….
We had a stressful day and was seeking to have a calm lunch. We walked out of Unos and drove up to this Friday’s location in Milford.WAS SO GLAD we did. We really liked it.What a great server - Mike. Nice. Professional. Kind. Polite. And this guy was literally working the front - bar, eat in, take out - and had it all under control.We ordered wings and salads and drinks. Good quality. Not any complaints - none.Very satisfied and HIGHLY recommend.
Disrespectful management to put it nicely. This location is awkward which is why I assumed the parking lot was empty... until I heard how the manager talked to her staff. Do better girl! Food was just your typical fast food, not terrible but for over priced fast food I'd rather go to an establishment that knows how to treat their employees.
Our servers name was Rachel. She was devine!! Very attentive. Knowledgeable of every detail of the menu. Rachel is committed; loves and enjoys her job and has been with Fridays for almost 15 years!!! She went above and beyond offering and array of dipping sauces for my man. Kudos to Rachel
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered pick up. The food cost $96 with the generous tip that I prepaid. I went in to pick up food and was not greeted at all for 15 minutes. Then I was told my food was not done. I waited 20 more minutes before they came out with the food. That made it 35 minutes after the time it was supposed to be picked up. The restaurant was not busy at all. To top it all off all of the food was ice cold. There was only a 3 minute drive home. Unacceptable!
Great food and good service from the bartender. Came late night. Food was fast and fresh. Bartender was nice enough to package our dessert for us to take back to the hotel.
I was recently at Friday's in Milford I sat at the bar waiting for a friend I was greeted by Erika what a very polite young lady she was. I ordered my drink it was made perfectly just the way I asked. Shortly after my friend showed up. As my friend and I were catching up I saw Erika doing alot more than just going to her patrons she was bring food to other tables, at one point I saw her seating people from the front door. She's a very hard worker. My friend and I had an amazing experience with Erika her smile is most definitely contagious she gave amazing service. People like her is what keeps bringing me back!?????
I ordered whiskey burger it came out cold and very dry. The bartender was walking around ushering, sitting people, going to the kitchen bringing the food to the table, clearing the table for the next customers then back to the bar..Never seen like this before..that explained my order ??
So yeah. The bartenders here are amazing. But also the chef who made the Cajun Shrimp Pasta? On point! Love it here ??
I ordered takeout. 3 of the meals were sliders and so overcooked they were not edible. I contacted corporate with pictures and my proof of purchase. Nothing was done. Not the first time either. I would not ever give them another chance. No excuse. So thank you very much my kids did not get dinner the other night.
