I am not usually one for reviews. Seeing as I am also in the service industry these are not always easy to see. But I feel it is neccessary. Maybe some sort of training to deal with busy mornings would be beneficial seeing as the way me and my friend were treated today. Straws were thrown, not just ours. Explanation was not given for a birthday coupon my friend was using & the experience was tough to watch.. This woman was clearly having a tough morning. I pray that her day gets better, truly ? It doesn't seem to me that she understands how her attitude reflects her business entirely, not just her personally.

great coffee, but no restrooms
I never really write reviews but I feel this experience was worth sharing. The line was long as it always is, but it went quickly compared to lines in other locations I’ve waited in. Cam at the speaker while placing my order was so friendly and really made such a short encounter memorable. Karen at the window was very sweet and even asked me which drink I didn’t want in my drink tray (since I ordered 5 drinks) no one has ever asked me that before and it honestly was something so little but easily made my experience that much more memorable. Definitely will be getting more business from me. Thank you for the awesome experience!
