I went to KFC in Milford tonight. Ordered a two pc dark. Sat down and realized it was a breast and drum. Took it back and they said they didn’t have any thighs in regular. I said I’ll take take crispy. She took the breast off my plate and put it back into the warmer and gave me a crispy thigh. So I guess they will serve it to someone else??? OMGThen I asked for butter for my biscuit. I was told management does not let them order butter anymore! I said “a biscuit with out butter? ) Omg ! She said sorry….So I went back to the table. Started to eat my biscuit (we had ordered two meals), both of the biscuits were as hard as a rock. I went back up the the counter again and told them they were as hard rocks. She said “ too hard?” I then banged them on the counter….. they didn’t even break, I would have needed a hammer to break them. They gave me two more, they looked better. Sat down to finally eat. The mashed potatoes were barely warm and the biscuits were not cooked all the way through….like dough in the center ?? The coleslaw was good.I didn’t go back again to complain….. just wrote it off and will not be going back….I hope the manager reads this and steps up his/ her game. Awful meal…..??
The service was pretty slow, i think they were averaging almost 2 minutes or more between orders, but the food was the biggest disappointment. Out mashed potatoes pretty much were marinated in the gravy so they bother tasted like they had been watered down. The extra crispy checked was very good, but not as moist as it should have been. The best items were the biscuits which were as good as they always are. I wish KFC worked harder at being more consistent, when you can only east at a place one a year (I don't have a death wish like desire for a heart attach) it sucks when they don't get it quite right.
KFC food prepared to KFC standards. My order was exactly what I ordered. A lot of restaurants in the area have staff shortages, and this KFC is no exception. There was a longer than usual wait time but I give the staff props for doing their best.
They are always a little behind, expect a small wait but not unbearable. Food came out piping hot so the wait was worth it <5 minutes.
Seem to always be out of whatever you want to order. Poor training and lack of verbal communication with customers. They also took food that went outside into someones vehicle and was brought back in by customer and employee took that food and put it back on the heating rack without a thought to contamination. Beware of what your getting watch everyone who is handling your food. There is a very bad communication barrier.
They gave us the wrong order. Chicken wasn’t done so they said they would bring out the order. We confirmed what they were giving us and the staff member said that was the order. Obviously it was the wrong order!
Disgusting chicken seemed raw and chewy I ordered coke and it tasted weird and like their syrup was old or something they have bad customer manners and are rude through the drive thru I order chicken tenders and i don’t know what they gave me but it looked like chicken wings without the bone and was super fatty highly disappointed!!
Their food is raw and shayla lema loja and Jennifer naula put less things in my bag and the food was raw . My seat was wet and my whole pants got wet the toilet was bloody
The chicken sandwich with the pickles were absolutely delicious and crunchy out on the outside and juicy in the inside. They get a 5 star, only when it's lunch time, because when I went later on like 3-6 p.m it was kinda not as crunchy.
