Horrible service at this location, the restaurant wasn’t busy and took about 50 minutes to get the order, then the plates started to come out one by one. Server brought out burnt toast and the bacon was barely cooked. Again, it wasn’t busy at all and I’m guessing that’s the reason why.

No option for 0 stars. I came here 3 years ago and I have waited an hour to get some service. I decided to try this place again and see if it changed, I guess it didnt. I came to this place this morning for breakfast and still no service. 3 families came in after us and got served first. Meanwhile we have been sitting here for 30+ minutes. I finally got up to leave only to hear one of the greeters say, "I think they're walking out." Thanks for your lack of terrible service yet again. Never coming here again.

Ordered food with my mom. The restaurant was empty. We were the only table in our section and I could only see 2 other tables in the whole restaurant. We ordered our food and waited. After 40 minutes of waiting our server came to our table and told us that they were out of one of the items we ordered. I looked around at an empty restaurant and then asked why has it taken 40 minutes to only find out that you are out of something. If you are out, that is fine. Not mad about that. But after 40 minutes you haven't even started to make our food?? The place was empty and after 40 minutes they hadn't even started to cook our food and now I have to reorder. We walked out and left. Will never go back!!

Arrived around 9:20 Saturday morning. It didn't seem too busy, but took almost 5 minutes to be seated. Once seated, it took another 5 minutes for a server to greet us and offer coffee. The server took our order and it took 30 minutes for our breakfast order to appear. I don't blame our server for the slow service, he was definitely trying his best. I got the impression they were short staffed at the moment. More staff appeared at around 10. The food was good for typical breakfast fare, especially the buttermilk pancakes. After all it is IHOP.

The waitress was very nice. Brought our food with care. The food was delicious. I was there with my brother and my nephew there was so much food we could have had four more people to eat with us. Lot of food for just three people. Delicious! No complaints whatsoever.

We ate breakfast here after a 22-hour drive from Iowa. The place was pretty dead, which surprised us. Our waitress was professional and pleasant. I dropped a star in the rating because the maple syrup had no real maple syrup in it (all corn syrup: yuck), and the strawberries on my crepes also had an artificial flavor in the glaze.

A busy place run by teenagers, so not bad but nothing special. The hot dog sausages on my 'smokehouse combo' weren't quite hot inside, but other than that ok. $3.29 for a tiny coffee doesn't exactly represent good value either. However convenient and fast so served the purpose.

Good experience, for an IHOP. Clean, and not crowded around lunch on a weekday. Service was fast and pleasant. Good lunch option. Have good gluten free options like pancakes and waffles (beware the omelettes have pancake batter in them).

Service was good. Portions were very small. I’ve never seen such a small breakfast sausages at a restaurant in my life. A cup of coffee might’ve contained 6 to 8 ounces of coffee at best.

Nice location - fairly new and very clean. Friendly staff and good service. Was not very crowded but depends on when you go. Plenty of parking and location is conveniently near plenty of other shopping options. Located right next to a KFC. Easy access and overall a good experience.
