This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve try to get to buy some thing from… Never have, never stay nobody at the front desk to serve you to attend you

I only go to this location for the convenience, unfortunately they do not know customer service. Never a good morning, always seems to be an issue with monitor and when you order, seems like a bother to them! I understand that everyone is short staffed, but they definitely need friendlier people who enjoy their job!

This milford plaza dunkins is just okay. They usually don't have enough help tho. And they tend to stick with drive thru. So if your a walk in customer the way to go would be to use the mobile app. And not to wait at the counter unless you have time to spare.

Window guy was rude-just snatched at my credit card. I had ordered a large hot latte at the drive-up window. Got a large boiling hot coffee, no milk, top not secure. No collar to hold easily. I picked up the coffee as I was driving-- the top came off, coffee scalding me. I had to drop the large coffee on my passenger seat. A mess. Painful burn on my hand and stomach. I went back when I had regained my composure. Asked to see the manager. No manager. What a surprise.... I asked for the phone number of the manager or owner. Got a 1 800 number. I also got some snickers from the back room. Never going back. I can't be the onlyone to receive bad treatment from an unsupervised staff.

Love this dunkies!!! They are always on top of everything!! I usually order through the app just because with my little one usually screaming it is easier to just drive up and say I have a drive thru order... always ready and staff are all super nice!!! The hash browns are always cooked perfectly and so good!!! Definitely my go to Dunks....

Stale donuts.. and extremely slow inexperienced employees.. just my opinion I have only been there twice and each time it's been close to the same type of experience.. drive by this one.

It took a while to get my order. The coffee was good but not hot enough. I had ordered a pumpkin spice hot latte coffee. It was not hot it was warm.

Reopen location after remodel lines very long in the drive thru we ended up going inside very disorganized we ordered cold brew they don't have any at 1030 in the morning when it's on tapWe will not be returning to this location ever

Went to the drive thru around noon to grab a tea and the man working in the drive thru was so incredibly rude. He initially got my order incorrect so when I tried to confirm they were going to make the right drink he interrupted me and started yelling asking if I want anything else. I drove away without completing my order and will NEVER return here. There was no reason to speak to me that way. I work in the area and I’ll make sure to go out of my way to take my business elsewhere from now on. I went to a different Dunkin and they treated me kindly. It’s discouraging to see that this person has treated others this way, based on previous reviews, and still somehow works there. Clearly the owner doesn’t care.

Poor customer service. Went to the drive thru, waited a long time, once I finally got to the window the rude guy gave me 1/2 of my order (which was wrong) and he told me to wait in the front. Well apparently they forgot I was out waiting. So went inside to get the rest of the order only to find a staff what seem to be mad at each other, a man napping on a bench and had to call on the staff several times before been acknowledged. I understand they may be understaff but that doesn’t excuse rude, mean behavior and forgetting they have a customer waiting in the car outside. I will not be stopping at this DD again.
