Just want to say the improvements and new staff have really made a huge difference at this Dunkin’s. A pleasant greeting, swift service, and the order is always correct! A huge shoutout to the amazing staff!
Front doors were locked. Wasn’t even busy. Long wait at the drive thru. Not busy. Coffee order was wrong. And crew was complaining over the speaker very clearly. Disappointment. Not going there ever again.
Asian mployees treat me badly. They asked me turn around again. They don't deal with deaf customers drive thus. I caught asian lady hands are dirty touching without gloves on. They ignored & mocked. I left without ordering.
Fast and efficient, when you're in hurry this dunkin donuts is the place to go, quick correct order make your day start off right, intelligent, Friendly waitstaff make for a fast, smooth start to your morning, restrooms are clean and poop worthy, 5 stars for this dunkins.!
Been in line for 30 line and still two cars ahead of me. Slowest service I have ever seen. Worst part is there is no access to leave the line once stuck in the line. By the way line started at the speaker.
Ryan, a boy with brown hair around 5’6, was an excellent worker. knew exactly how to make my coffee and was very polite. He made me one of the best dunkin’’ coffees i’ve ever had and i’m yearning to come back!!
this Dunkin’ take fifteen minute to take and order when the place is not busy. If you like to go to work late this is place for you.
This place isn’t located in the best spot in town. You can’t turn left onto the main road, you have to go out the back and around. That’s the same way you have to go for the drive thru as well. I’ve only ever gone three times, and two were later in the evening. The first time was closer to closing and the lady was the opposite of friendly. The second time- tonight- they closed early. Grrrrrrr!!!! ???
The first ever man to leave me satisfied with the cream filling. Although I dropped a steamy log in the upper deck of the toilet I really enjoyed the special service from the wonderful employees. It really left me smiling and satisfied
‘Twas two young men, one named Ryan and one named Anthony in which I call, “Twon”. Ryan and Twon both are spectacular employees and excelled at what they do best, working at Dunkin’ Donuts. I think speak for the people, for the customers, for the lucky few who are served by these two gentlemen that they shall be recognized for superb service. Anything to reward them is necessary because they make my, and anyone’s experience at Dunkin’ Donuts, feel like home.
